Welcome to Toufa! A charming, absolute waterfront, weekender designed for relaxed coastal living. With uninterrupted views over Brisbane Waters and direct access to a private jetty, this charming 5-bedroom retreat blends timeless character with soft shabby chic touches. Light-filled rooms, comfortable lived-in furnishings, and a warm, homely atmosphere create the perfect setting for families or couples seeking a laid-back escape by the water.

Entry level comprises spacious and open plan living with fire place, kitchen and alfresco dining along with fourth bedroom, a kids retreat day bed, bathroom and laundry. Upstairs are three bedrooms and second living and dining area. Total of 3 bathrooms.

The boat house provides an additional very casual living area and an additional fridge/freezer, located on the waters edge. This is perfect for that afternoon nibbles while kids can splash away or fish from the private jetty. The boatshed is not available for use after 9.30pm at night. There are 3 surf ski`s and a double kayak available for use.

This property has 5 bedrooms but will only cater for 6 adults per booking and up to 10 guests when including children.

The ferry stop is 200m from the front door where you can take the ferry to Sydney`s Northern Beaches or connect to a bus into the city. Ideally located for bush walking throughout the expansive Bouddi National Park taking in the scenic coastline, secluded bays and bush land. Beautiful Lobster Beach is a ten minute walk through the National Park or the patrolled beach at Killcare is a five minute drive.

Located 90 minutes from Sydney CBD by car, train or ferry. Waggy Waterfront presents a great family holiday or a quiet cosy getaway. This largely undiscovered locality offers many wonderful attractions including the extensive Brisbane Waters, coastline walks and secluded beaches such as Maitland Bay.

The waterfront precinct of Killcare / Hardys Bay is only minutes away and offers boutique shopping, cafes and restaurants. A late check out may be available on request.

Tofua

Tofua is a beautiful place to stay at in a superb location. We enjoyed our holiday so much that we want to come back again soon.

Great location

Great location close to local shops, bush walks and waterfront. Plenty of beds and bathrooms. Well equipped kitchen and comfortable lounge areas. Boat shed a bit run down.

Loved it!

We loved Tofua. It was a great house in an amazing location. It was so nice sitting in the boathouse watching the world go by, fishing from the jetty and enjoying the various water views from the house. Very nice location and close to dog friendly beach. Lots of nice walks around. Thoroughly recommend.

Bullhead City

The house is in a very nice neighborhood. Very nice house, but needs a couple of repairs. Nothing major that affected our stay. Beautiful house and location. Easy check in and check out process. Would recommend it to anyone.

Fabulous location

We loved the location on the water with our own jetty for fishing, kayaking and jumping into the water. Perfect for the kids. The house is comfortable but attention needs to be given to cleanliness, particularly the bedrooms. Also a lot of the crockery and cutlery needed cleaning before using. I would also prefer linen and towels to be provided.

Wagstaffe stay

Had a lovely time at Wagstaffe, there was plenty of room as there were 5 bedrooms, lots of games if you have kids, close to the ferry wharf and a local shop. Plenty of space to park numerous cars in front yard. Could do with an air conditioner upstairs as it was quite hot. Downstairs we got a nice breeze from the water. Would recommend this property.

Active waterfront

Loved the activity in the bay right out front. Beautiful spots to catch the sun - didn’t want to go out! Very well equipped but bring ALL cooking ingredients - salt and pepper is all that is provided. BBQ was a bit disappointing so didn’t use it. Having to collect keys from agent a bit clunky - keyed entry would be better.

Great position and house, needs some TLC to take it to the next level

We very much enjoyed staying here. The position is excellent and the house comfortable. The little things missing detracted from this being an excellent stay. The property is not cheap, but you had to bring your own bed linen and towels. There was no soap in the bathrooms etc and everything felt stingy and a bit mean. These small things don't cost a lot, but add greatly to the overall experience.

Perfect Family Getaway

This property is lovely. Had 3 days with family celebrating my 60th birthday and it was perfect. Plenty of room and we caught lots of fish off the wharf. Both gas bottles to the BBQ's were empty but not a huge deal as we filled one up. Plenty of fire wood and the kitchen was well appointed. Will definately return.

I just want to move in!

We had a delightful stay at Tofua. The house is charming, the boatshed and jetty is fabulous and we had a great time with our boat exploring Brisbane Waters. The location is gorgeous, the little local shop had delicious almond croissants, and the neighours were friendly and helpful. I can't say a bad word about the property and our stay. I only wish the key was available onsite in a lock box rather than picking up at the agency which was tricky with the boat and kids.

Beautiful stay

Surprised my husband with a weekend away with all the kids and couple of friends, house was big enough and had plenty of things for everyone to do the kayaking was superb. A shame there was no ensuite to the main bedroom upstairs but overall everything was lovely, will def stay again.

Wonderful family holiday

My extended family had a fantastic time at this property celebrating my dad's 70th birthday! The house had everything we needed, and was so close to the water. Having the benefit of a kayak and wave ski's made it all that much more fun. The boat house was fabulous to spend the afternoon fishing and having a disco with the kids. Everyone loved it! Thanks for having us.

Great place to stay with friends

Great house for a get away with friends - lots of space, bedrooms, beautiful view out over the water and 5min from local cafes and restaurants.

Such a beautiful location

This is our second time back to this house. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay once again. It would have been good to have a vacuum cleaner to use especially in the downstairs rug.

Slice of paradise!

Stunning location right on the water in Wagstaffe. Very spacious house with a great layout that worked well for our extended family to be able to have their own spaces and get together for meals etc. teenagers had freedom in Wagstaffe to get out on the water and enjoy kayak; boards etc in the boat shed.

Perfect house for a family

We stayed a weekend here with our adult family and twin granddaughters. It was the perfect house to spend time together with plenty of space for everyone to relax and enjoy the gorgeous view. We would definitely consider a return visit.
