World class location, Cottage on peninsula surrounded by water, 2 Bedroom, 1.75 Baths, open layout, large Living Room, Dining Room, enclosed 3 season porch, sleeps 8. Outdoor lawn slopes gently to waters edge, one side has the lake and beach for playing, other side has bay for fishing. Watch both sunrise and sunset from the cottage. Acre lot has plenty of forest with eagle nest and other wildlife. Truly a world class setting.

Love this place

This is our 2nd time visiting and the place is as lovely as we remember it. The cabin is a time capsule; friendly cozy and nostalgic! A great place to spend a week with family.

Great time

We always have a fun time fishing and relaxing at this beautiful location. This year it was so warm we enjoyed the outdoor fire pit on the peninsula! We hope to be back.

Another visit to our favorite place!

We have been returning to this lovely spot over and over again. We feel right at home here every time we stay. The property is in a gorgeous, pristine location and the house is set up perfectly. We love just walking the property and enjoying a glass of wine either in the Adirondack chairs looking at the lake or making a campfire. Thank you once again for a wonderful get away!

Wonderful vacation

We really enjoyed our stay at Nokomis Point. The description of the property doesn’t begin to do it justice! So very private and perfect for our two dogs. The cottage has been remodeled since pictures and it was beautiful. Despite the awful weather we had, we can’t wait to go back, very peaceful and quiet!

Memorial Day Stay

Another fantastic stay at Nokomis point. We have stayed here several years and always have a great stay. My husband is disabled and yet he loves the lake life and fishing. This property is ideal because it only has 2 stairs and is almost level to the lake. We truly love the property and wish we could go more often.

Beautiful family retreat

Returned for a second time due to enjoying the first so much. Granddaughter loved the beach and water. Very private but a quick drive to town if desired for dinner, shopping, etc. Only downside is finding available times to book, guess I am not the only one who loves this property.

Would rent again

We enjoyed our stay. The private property, the lake access, the views of the lake in every direction. The house had lots of seating and space, with a large dining table for eating and playing games. The extra refrigerator was useful.

We love this place!

I have lost count as to how many times we have stayed at this property. We just love it here. We have been with ages 10-96 and everyone loves it every time! This time we were here for my mother’s celebration of life and at various times we had young teens as well as elders. There is so much to do with the lake and the gorgeous surroundings! We plan to keep coming for as long as it’s available. Thank you for making our family time so special!

A wonderful time… again!

I have now lost track of how many visits we have made to this property. We love it here! It has become our home away from home. The cabin is always immaculate and welcoming. The communication is excellent. The time spent here is stellar! We have been here with kids as young as 7 and adults as old as 96, and we always have a wonderful time regardless of the season. Thank you , Sean once again for sharing this little slice of Heaven with us.❤️

Peaceful, Relaxing, great views and very private!

We enjoyed a relaxing, yet fun filled week. Very clean cottage stocked with everything you could possibly need. Needs some minor updates ie: repair patio screen doors, update living room furniture and new queen mattress needed. Dan was very nice and helpful.

Return visit

Once again, we found this rental to be excellent! The location is unbeatable, the view from the point is once of a kind. This is the cleanest most well equipped cabin we have ever stayed in. We had our elderly parents (in their 90’s) along for the 2nd time and they just love it here. We can honestly say that we wouldn’t change a thing! We are already planning #3 visit!

June 2023 Trip

As usual, the property was a fantastic place to stay, but unfortunately, we were there during the week that Canadian wildfire smoke limited our outside time, so we were not able to enjoy the lake as much as we wanted. Can't wait until next year!

Gets better and better!

This is about our 4th visit to this beauty spot. This time we were with our elderly parents to celebrate our moms 96th birthday! We had a wonderful time enjoying the gorgeous scenery in early fall. We had some Tomahawk family come by to wish the birthday girl the best and they were so impressed with this location. The beauty and serenity here rejuvenates the soul. Thank you once again for the lovely stay. We will be back for sure!

Simply amazing!

I can't say enough good things about our week at Nokomis Point. The cabin was so clean and comfortable, the bathrooms were nice and updated and the kitchen was well stocked. The property was amazing!! The water levels were low during our stay so we were able to walk around the entire peninsula, it was like having our own private island. The only down side of that was the fishing from shore and the dock was slow but they came around a bit later in the week. I can see why people come back here year after year, I hope that we do too! Thank you for sharing this amazing place!
