Beautiful Rice River Flowage/Lake Nokomis home on almost 2 acres! Miles of waterway to explore. This home was professionally & completely renovated and updated in 2009. 3 bedrooms with additional day bed. Full use of water equipment including 12 person pontoon for additional fee. Nokomis has several restaurants, coffee shop, and ice cream shop available by boat. Property is at the end of the road giving you a nice very private setting with level sand frontage.

5 stars and no notes for this lovely property. A well-stocked very comfortable home paired with a gorgeous lake and all the bells and whistles we could have asked for! Plenty of water toys and the fire pit is top notch! The hosts are amazing and very attentive. Perfect summer get away for a family.

By far the best VRBO we have ever booked. The private beach was incredible, and we loved having the fire pit, kayaks, paddle board, and boat right there to enjoy. The fishing experience was fantastic, and there was something for everyone to enjoy all day long. The property was beautiful, peaceful, and had everything we could have asked for. We made so many great memories and truly didn’t want to leave. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this amazing lake house!

This lake house was incredible! From the lake front views, quietness in the morning, to the fun in the sun everything was perfect! The hosts thought of everything and supplied so many extras like kitchen, bathroom and other home items. Water toys and a swimming lily pad made for lots of fun on the lake. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to slow down and enjoy a week of up north Wisconsin Summer fun.

The house was on a quiet dead end road with a great view of the water from the sun room. It was very clean and well stocked with anything needed for cooking, relaxing, and swimming, kayaking, etc. The patio and firepit were awsome with more than enough room. The fishing was good with access to the whole flowage. We saw ducks, geese and even some otters from the sunroom. The hosts were very helpful with any questions. Definitely coming back.

Great hosts and place had everything you could ask for. Lake was close and nice views from the kitchen. Plenty of games and activities inside and out. Definitely keeping this on a short list.

I come to the Northwoods every year and this by far has been my favorite place. It is perfect setting inside and out. All the little extras you may need for your trip are all provided. Can’t say enough good things about this place!!!

Relaxing Hideaway

Beautiful home with all the amenities. Gentle slope to the lake. The pontoon boat made fishing and sightseeing so much easier. We loved every minute of our stay.

Wonderful property with nice sandy lake frontage and all the amenities you could want in the Northwoods of WI. The lake has several cool islands to explore, along with some great restaurants you can dock right up to in their pontoon. It was the perfect setting for a very special trip—I even proposed to my fiancée here! Will definitely stay again

Second time renters! Highly recommended. Well appointed, comfortable house right on the lake. Beautiful patio with fire pit, grill and Black Stone flat top for those big breakfasts and smash burgers!!

Comfortable, relaxing, room for all

Beautiful, comfortable, very well stocked home - everything you could ask for in a very well stocked kitchen making it perfect to dine at the cabin. Finish your meals wirh s'mores at the firepit. Excellent stay.

Great Location and House

House was perfect. Very clean and had everything you could possibly need. Enjoyed hibachi on the Blackstone, paddle board and kayaking, and pontooning around Lake Nokomis. Great stay!!!

You won’t be disappointed

Beautiful private, quiet location. Great beach/water access. Well appointed (the owners thought of everything). Very relaxing! One of the top places we’ve ever rented.

Our stay was everything we hoped for and more! The attention to detail at this property was amazing. After checking out several properties to stay at it, we were very grateful that this property description is everything and more than what was listed. The amenities are endless. We enjoyed the campfire, sunsets, and waterfront the most and had some fun exploring the nearby islands. It was an amazing stay and we will be back. Thank you to our hosts!!

Relaxing and Fun

This is our second time staying on this beautiful property! The house is spacious and inviting, and has everything you need! We spent most of our time outdoors on the lake, by the fire pit, or hangin out in the screened in porch area. The owners are very responsive and communicative. We will be coming back again next year!

Beautiful week

We were so happy to find this beautiful home. We stayed with my father (86) and my daughter (1.5) and all had an easy time getting around and enjoyed the amenities! I especially appreciated the sand around the pier as this was my daughter's first time in a lake swimming.

Beautiful property

This house is beautiful and well equipped. The yard is spacious and well maintained. The patio and fire pit are perfect for family gatherings and the lake is lovely. The back-up generator was really appreciated when we lost power during a thunder storm!There was a mechanical issue during our stay which was promptly addressed by the owner.We would definitely rent this house again if we return to the area.

We will definitely come back

Our stay was awesome all around and the kids loved it. The house was spotless and so well stocked with everything we needed. We’ve stayed in WI cabins for a long time and this is by far the best. The sandy beach was perfect for the kids to walk out and swim and the water was really nice and warm. We will definitely come back!

Pictures don’t do it justice. What an amazing property. Views from the sun porch are amazing. I have not one gripe about the property. The owners are very accommodating and great people. Highly recommend the property

We live 50 miles away in Wausau. Christin’s family has had a place on Nokomis since the 50’s. I grew up with a boat on the Mississippi, so when this little slice of heaven opened up we jumped at it!
