Beautiful Waterfront Condo in Downtown Fort Myers

Enjoy the best Florida living has to offer! This 2 bedrooms/2-bathroom condo is located on the banks of the Caloosahatchee River in the picturesque Fort Myers River District. This condo is located in the gated community of Palm Beach Landings, just three blocks from Downtown Fort Myers, close to beaches, Edison and Ford Winter Estates, Boston Red Sox and Minnesota Twins Spring Training facilities, Shopping, Dining and whole lot more. There is also a free trolley outside the building that will take you to the Downtown area. Public transportation is also available within a very close proximity to the property.
This condo is located on the 4th floor with partial beautiful river views from the balcony. This condo is fully furnished, including fully stocked kitchen and plenty of space to comfortably sleep four. The spacious master bedroom has a queen size bed and ample closet space. The other bedroom has a full size bed, also with ample close space. The living room area has comfortable sofas, a flat screen tv and sitting area to enjoy a drink or a book. The sliding glass door in the living area opens up to a balcony with 2 comfortable chairs where you can sit and enjoy the view of the Caloosahatchee River while drinking your morning coffee.
The kitchen is well equipped with all appliances. There is plenty of counter space for cooking. The breakfast bar overlooks the kitchen but is also convenient to the living and dining areas. There is also a laundry area with a washer and dryer.
You will have access to 1 parking space, swimming pool and spa, picnic and grilling areas, car wash, marina, and community room which includes TV room, pool table, library and kitchen.
All tenants must be 25 years and older to sign and stay in unit. Children are welcome. Pets are not allowed on this property. There is a 90 day minimum stay required during high season; Jan 1-Apr31! And 30 day minimum during off peak season; May 1-Dec31.

Beautiful Views of the Caloosahatchee River

As a single traveler, this cozy condo was perfect! It was immaculate and well-stocked...I only had to add food! The property was well maintained and the residents I met in the lobby and elevator were very friendly and helpful. The owner made sure everything was to my liking and was prompt with return phone calls...he even talked me through the TV remotes! Downtown Ft. Myers is a gem...check out the whimsical street art, the marina, and the Wisteria Tea Room. Further along, the grounds of the Edison Ford estate are beautiful and the Broadway Dinner Theater features top notch productions. Surrounding cities and islands are just a short drive away. I will definitely be staying at this condo again!

Our unforgettable stay at this Lovely apartment

My wife and I rented this 2 beds and 2 bath apartment for 3 months and we both had an absolutely amazing experience throughout. The apartment already has everything one needs on daily basis and having two baths was extremely convenient. The apartment is clean, tidy and very well furnished and nicely decorated, which made our stay comfortable and enjoyable. It's proximity to downtown and various other super markets and restaurants makes it extremely convenient and accessible. The owner is very friendly and helpful and responded promptly whenever needed. We really enjoyed the outdoor swimming pool and heated jacuzzi that was simply amazing. We had an unforgettable and most convenient stay at this Apartment and for the unlimited facilities it was a worthwhile spending.

Lovely Condo off the Water

My husband and I rented for 5 months over the winter this 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo. It was very close to the downtown, and we walked or bike there regularly. There were lots of activities there, The Art Bar Fort Myers for wine and painting classes, roof top restaurants! The owner provided us with plenty of information about local activities, and a fully furnished condo. He was very friendly, and accommodating. If we called for anything, he took care of it promptly. The management at the location is also very friendly. There is a heated pool for use, a rec room, and plenty of grills for BBQ'ing outside! We very much enjoyed our stay. It was especially nice to have the screened in patio on the condo. There's a free old fashioned trolley that passes by right in front of the complex to go downtown, as well as a golf cart taxi for those who have had a few too many drinks at the end of the night.

Cute Condo Overlooking Water

My husband and I rented this vacation rental for 5 months during the busy season. The property owner was very accommodating & eager to make sure all was well with the property. We called once for something and he took care of it immediately. Various times throughout the trip he checked in to continue to make sure that all was good. We BBQ'd outside, sat on the dock & had wine & cheese, swam in the heated pool, and much more! We biked almost every day to the historic downtown center. There are lots of local dining options, fine dining roof tops that overlook sunsets, organic cafes, and traditional burger joints. The condo was spacious, and it was nice having the double bathrooms. Downtown Fort Myers was a nice central location for driving all over to Naples, Miami, Sanibel, Fort Myers Beach, the tip of Pine Island, etc. I would definitely recommend this rental to others.
