This warm and spacious 3 level 3,000 square foot house set on 4.4 acres with 5 bedrooms (8 beds) and 4.5 baths is located just off the Stratton Mountain access road. The house is 3.4 miles from Stratton's main lodge and a 4 minute drive to Stratton Mountain Country Club. There is an absolutely beautiful view of nearby Bromley mountain which is a 15 minute, 10.7 mile drive. A 16 mile drive will get you to the increasingly popular Mt. Snow in about 25 minutes. The house features 2 Living rooms; 2 dining areas; a kitchen and kitchenette; 2 decks; an outside grilling area; a recreational room with a ping pong table and foosball table; 2 fireplaces and ample couch room for apres ski lounging. For the comfort of our same gender guests, there is a separate bed for each of the maximum of 8 guests. Contact us if you are looking to have more than one pet (dogs that is).

Amazing stay and great location!

I stayed here with friends for my birthday weekend and had an amazing time! The house is a great size and very close to the mountain and center of town. The instructions were easy to follow and Ross was amazing!

Spacious house minutes from Stratton

My family and I stayed here and had a lovely time. The place is a little outdated, but it was clean, and a 7 minute drive to the base of Stratton. The fireplace was awesome, and there was plenty of firewood. I would highly recommend this home for large groups.

Annual family golf outing

We are repeat guests at this property for our annual family golf outing at Stratton golf club. We were 9 adults staying for a long weekend and appreciate this well equipped house with plenty of space for all -- with comfortable bedrooms and plenty of bathrooms to accommodate our large group. Always appreciate the beautiful view as well!!

More space than anticipated, bring the family!

Great property, very close to Stowe. Cozy common spaces with plenty of room for family(ies) and or friends. Ross was very responsive leading up to and during our stay. Highly recommended!

Stratton old guys week

We needed a place to sleep 11-12 people and allow us to hang out, prepare food and relax. This place was perfect with multiple levels, a game room with foosball and ping pong, a big open living room / dining area and nicely appointed kitchen. The beds were comfy and warm. Plenty of bathrooms and showers as well.

Great Escape

We had a group of 9, with 4 kids and 5 adults and had a great time. The property is very close to Stratton and the views are amazing. We enjoyed the fireplace and the large open areas. The house is well stocked as well Perfect property for a winter escape, even if you don't ski! We enjoyed snowmobiles at Stratton, something you have to try.

Mini Vaca

I wanted to find a place for my family to have a mini get together and this place was perfect for our big group! The area was great and the view was beautiful! The beds were very comfortable. Was very well stocked with all the dishes and cooking utensils. Also everything was labeled and I loved that. Definitely recommend staying here, especially during the fall foliage.

Family Holiday

The home met our family's needs well-lots of bedrooms and bathrooms to accommodate 13 people and two goldendoodles. Great location for skiing, snow boarding, snow tubing, and visits to Manchester! Ross corresponded promptly with us and answered all of our questions. Highly recommended!

Stratton rental review

The owner was very helpful and quick to respond to inquiries. Property was as described. Stayed at the property with family and everyone found the accommodations to be comfortable. On the not so good side, there were some maintenance and cleanliness issue to be addressed.

Spacious multi-level home

We were a family group of 12 and enjoyed the space the house offered. The pingpong table saw consþant use! The communication with the owner was outstanding - clear directions, updates on local conditions and prompt replies to questions from our side.

Family Reunion Over Holidays

Our extended family had a wonderful time reconnecting with one another over the holidays. The house comfortably slept our group of 18, and the 4.5 baths made things easy. The kitchen is extremely well stocked and organized, which made it easy for us to make and enjoy wonderful home cooked meals. The location is ideal for skiing at numerous resorts...Stratton and Bromley being the closest, of course. Thank you, Ross, for a wonderful stay. We will definitely be back!

Fun stay close to Stratton

The property was in a great location, close to Stratton mountain with a beautiful view of Bromley mountain. The house was spacious and well equipped with everything you would need to stay and plenty of parking. We had a bigger group of 15 people and had no issues cooking several family style meals. The homeowner had great communication and was super detailed with 'how to' for checkin, checkout, and use of the facilities (fireplace, trash etc.). There were plenty of beds, blankets, towels for use. We greatly appreciate the opportunity to use the house and hope to stay again in the future.

I have been skiing since I was 8 years old and own 2 ski shops in New York and Connecticut (Ski Haus). Happily, much of my life has been devoted to the sport.

We have had several ski houses over the years... all at Stratton. We bought this one because of it's proximity to Stratton (3 miles from the base), and because it can handle a large group easily.

With 3 levels; 2 living rooms; a full kitchen and kitchenette; 2 dining areas; 5 bedrooms and 4 1/2 baths, it can handle up to 8 people very comfortably. We ski weekdays and encourage our employees to use the house whenever they can. They do!
