The property is beautiful and very well kept. It worked out perfectly for our large multi-family vacation. The only less than positive aspect would be that most of those on the vacation with us did say their bed was not super comfortable, but not so uncomfortable that they couldn’t sleep. It was especially nice to have access to the private beach area with beach chair set up.

Overall a terrific experience! The house was perfect for our 3 families and there was plenty of space to spread out. The gated pool was the driver for our group as we had several littles that we wanted to keep clear of the pool without supervision. Access to the beach was right across the street and the daily chair and umbrella setup was great. The downstairs and upstairs refrigerators made it easy for lunch and dinner storage. Great value and perfect property for the full Destin experience.

The home was a great size, setup and location for our group of 2 families with teenage kids. The beach was easily accessible and the area very walkable. The salt water pool was excellent.

The view was blocked by the condos across the road but the closeness to the beach made up for the lack of a view. Love it and will book again.

Great piece of paradise!

This location is wonderful! Easy to get to the beach, great pool, very comfortable beds and easy access to lots of fun things to do!

Great time Great location

Perfect place to say for multiple families with different age kids. I liked the high pool gate and the proximity of the to the beach was amazing. Also having the beach chair, set up, included, made a huge difference.

Great beach stay

This property was great and worked well for my family (5) and my sis-in-laws family (6). The location is great, with access to the private beach just a 2 min walk away. The pool was perfect for the kids and the kitchen amply stocked. Would stay here again!

Friends Vacation

We stayed in this house with 4 other families and it was great! We all had our own space and plenty of common areas to hang out in. The pool was a good size for 11 kids to play in. We will be back!

This was our second time staying at this property. Amazing location, just steps from the beach. The kids loved the large pool, and everyone had fun with the cornhole and Connect 4 outdoor games. Plenty of outdoor furniture and the inside was well equipped too. Great communication from the property management company that provided for a seamless check-in and carefree stay. Our only constructive feedback is the beds were a bit plush for our liking.

Everything was as described. House was clean, location was perfect.

Only complaint is the air conditioning thermostats seemed to have a hold timer set and increased temperature at night and it got a little warmer than we prefer at night but overall great stay

Spring Break

Everything was perfect for our stay.. Lots of rooms and in a great location. Steps from the beach. Loved the large pool and ping pong table outside. Check in was so easy and we enjoyed everything. Thanks so much. We even got to send a video to the owner, Mr Gurley. The pool guy was exceptional and was so nice.

Family place

The property worked well for 14 adults and two youngsters. Plenty of room for all. The sleeper sofas are not very comfortable but were adequate. It was a good location and everyone enjoyed the beach.
