We loved our stay at the cottage. The view was beautiful. We enjoyed the pool daily and never missed a chance to have meals on the balcony. The host wa. o very helpful and fun. We'll definitely be back.

It was an interesting beginning to say the least, but I'm glad it all worked out. You two traversed the roads just fine! I hope we meet again someday. I love mother/daughter trips, you both were a treasure and I'm glad we were able to visit for a little before you left!

The Stone Cottage was wonderful! We had an excellent time and thoroughly enjoyed our time spent. Sherri was wonderful at communicating the entire process of check in and checkout. We would love to stay again when we make our next trip to the island.

Thanks so much, Jared. So often, I wish that I could review my guests in writing instead of just doing the rating method. I want to thank you for being respectful in asking for permission for you to have your 2 local friends visit you at the cottage. I have to know exactly how many extra people are coming by and when so I am aware of extra possible activity. Due to insurance purposes, there has to be a limit in number of people that are visiting. You were so respectful of our contract and are very appreciated for that! It doesn't happen often, but when it does, we have to get/give written permission. I am so glad the 2 of you had a wonderful stay at Stone Cottage and I look forward to seeing you again!

We had such a wonderful stay! The place was absolutely spotless and so clean, which made us feel comfortable right away. The host was amazing—so welcoming, helpful, and easy to communicate with. Everything was just as described, and we truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and welcoming place to stay!

Stone Cottage and Ms. Sherri are the gem of the island. This trip was our first family vacation and I truly believe it was only amazing because of Ms. Sherri! We went to different beaches nearly every day and the local food scene is spectacular. Swimming in the private pool after every day at the beach was amazing. The flora and fauna by the house makes it feel other worldly. I can’t recommend this cottage enough. I haven’t had a hard time sleeping since being here if that tells you anything. We will be back soon!

Stone Cottage was everything we wanted in our vacation rental. The views were amazing, the pool was great, and the home was very clean. Sherri provided us with local information and beach gear, making our trip comfortable and easy to explore the beaches and island. We highly recommend this property.

Sherri was in communication with us from the time we made the reservation and throughout our stay. She was a wealth of information and a pleasure to work with. You certainly feel her love for the place and the island. I have a hard time putting into words how amazing this cottage was. So much glass, with the most amazing views of lush tropical vegetation, humming birds, the water, and an amazing breeze. We could not have asked for anything more! It was just perfect! We will definitely be back! We miss it already!

This place is incredible! So beautiful and well equipped. The pictures do not do it justice. Sherri and Debbie were so helpful with everything we needed! We definitely would go back!

Sherri was wonderful. The transfer from airport to cottage was smooth. She gave us a great introduction to the property and the island. Sherri responded to our enquiries almost instantly. The cottage is great, beautiful view, well equipped, interesting critters, nice pool.

The cottage is beautiful with a spectacular view. It is stocked with all the essentials and is very clean. Loved the patio area and enjoyed the pool. Sherri is a wonderful host and was always available. Loved our time there and will definitely be back

I had a great stay—the property was exactly as pictured and described. It was picturesque and quiet, and the private “cocktail pool” was a nice bonus. “The Shack” was a quick 4-minute drive for great drinks/meals, while a gas station and grocery store were likewise just minutes away. Sherri was highly responsive and very helpful. She even greeted me at the airport and led me to the property so I wouldn’t get lost. (A car is essential on the island.)

Though I am not allowed to disclose anyone's identity, we were honored to have you stay at Stone Cottage while you worked on your new book! It was gratifying to know that you accomplished exactly what you set out to do in a peaceful and tranquil setting with dips in the pool for your breaks. I couldn't agree more with you that it is essential to rent a vehicle. Due to our hills and curvy roads, even if something is only 1 mile away, you will not want to walk it, ha ha! Also, taxi's don't work here like they do in the states. You have to plan any outings in advance and their rates are not cheap by any means. It is best to rent a vehicle so you can come and go as you please. Thank you so much for your kind review!

We had an amazing time. The house was beautiful - better than the pictures! Sherrie was so helpful and interesting to talk to! Very willing to help in any way she could. The house was well stocked, very clean, very private, there was nothing that we needed while we were there! Cannot say enough good things about our stay!

We were blessed once again by having wonderful guests! I enjoyed our moment when you had asked if I could sit and talk for a bit. I never want to overstay my welcome, but it was so easy to chat with you both and I could have talked forever, ha ha! I liked how you wanted to know more about the island and the locals and what life is like here. Culture is a thing and it's awesome when people are interested. I know you like to go different places each time you travel, but I do hope we get to meet again someday! Who knows, maybe that family trip in 2028 if you rent both houses. :)

Fantastic stay! Very private, and the view is stunning. The property manager Sherri goes above and beyond to ensure you have a perfect stay. It is everything thing described! I will say, if you go in the winter months the sun never shines on the pool so it stays quite chilly. The hummingbird feeder makes the porch experience wonderful with all the hummingbirds. We had a great time!

Thanks for your kind and honest review, Stacey! You are very right about the pool. The concept when built, was for the pool to be a "garden" pool with foliage to the back that looks so pretty and inviting. Later, the original owner/builder had wished he had built it out to the front of the house more. The pool will definitely cool you off in the winter months, lol! I'm glad you enjoyed the hummingbird feeder! When full, it also attracts our local island Bananaquits as well. It's fun to watch them and the hummingbirds haggle over the feeder! Sugar is always kept in the cottage for guests to make more sugar water if needed and of course, for your own needs as well! We are so happy you enjoyed your stay at Stone Cottage!

Sherri was a wonderful host and really does think of just about everything. Wait no, everything. Stone Cottage is a wonderful place of sanctuary and so close to Maegan’s and Hull Bay beaches.
