The pictures don't do this house justice. Amazing location, clean and so well stocked. Cozy feel and comfortable vibes. We had a great time in cape cod and would stay here again for sure! Meg was quick to respond and made sure we had everything we needed.

Few of the trees/bushes could have been trimmed a little but view of pond and sunsets still great.. Lots of info about area sent from host.. very informative...

Excellent vacation house. My family had a great vacation. We really enjoyed the kayaks and the boom fire and all the amenities. Great location!

Sunset Cottage is correctly named as it has stunning sunsets. This is the seventh time we have stayed. The host Meg is great to work with and is very responsive to any issues. Every year there are new updates. This year there was an updated bathroom, some new furniture and firepit. It has a well-equipped kitchen and comfortable beds. The views are beautiful from almost every window. It is located on a quiet street but convenient to 6A and Route 6. We highly recommend Sunset Cottage.

The property is located on a beautiful pond/lake close to many restaurants and things to do. The house is set up with everything that you need and more. All of the windows and sliding glass doors made going out onto the multiple decks and enjoying every bit of the scenery possible. Whether you want to stay in or go around the coast, this property really lets you enjoy the Cape with ease. The host, Meg is great at communication and goes well above and beyond to make your stay easy. We can't wait to stay at this property again!

Beautiful cottage

This was our 3rd stay at Sunset Cottage; it was even nicer than we remembered. The views of the lake from the picture windows, the outer dining table, the firepit sitting area and dock were amazing.

Wonderful Cottage

This was our 5th time staying at Sunset Cottage. It is a beautiful place overlooking a tidal pond. The views and sunsets are spectacular. The place is nicely decorated and well equipped. Great location!

This is our 6th time staying at Sunset Cottage. It is a beautiful spot with spectacular views and very peaceful. The host Meg is very accommodating and responsive. The place is well equipped and has new updates every time we visit. Conviently located, we highly recommend Sunset Cottage.

Quick visit to Cape during holiday time

Great place and location on lake with sunset views, even in December. Meg was very helpful and friendly. Definitely would visit again - especially in summer.

We received immediate responses whenever we had a question about the property. Meg responded quickly every time we sent a message. Very comfortable bed. Great location. Beautiful views from the house and the patio. Central location on Cape Cod which meant you were never far from anything

Long weekend in Yarmouthport

We loved our stay at Meg's place. The house is lovely, comfortable and very well equipped, it's location is great and communication with the host was smooth. We enjoyed amazing views of the pond while having our morning coffee on the dock and while having dinners on the deck.

Excellent home base for Cape Cod

This was our first trip to Cape Cod. This was a perfect place for our home base. Communication with Meg was absolutely wonderful. Very clean and the beds were so comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay. Would definitely stay here if we returned.
