Beautiful villa in Tuscan inspired Gran Paradiso, Venice Fl, in a gated community with 24 hour security. Villa sleeps 4 comfortably with room for 2 occasional overnight guests. Master Suite features a KING bed and an ensuite bath w/double sinks; soaking tub and separate tiled shower. Guest bed has 2 twins. Den has a queen sofa sleeper w/an upgraded memory foam mattress. Dining table seats 6 w/additional seating for 2 at the breakfast bar. Kitchen has granite counters and stainless steel appliances. Natural tile and beautiful oak hardwood floors. Also comes with a brand new KEURIG coffee maker; toaster and blender. Den has a 48" LED TV and the family room has a 70" LED TV along with a blue ray player. Wireless internet access is provided along with 200 channels of cable TV. Villa is one floor-no stairs. It has a paver driveway and a 2 car garage. The screened lanai on the back of the house faces west so you will have beautiful sunsets while enjoying your water view. Lanai has table and chairs for 6 and a gas grill. The amenities at GRAN PARADISO are the best in the Venice area. Spend time in the resort style heated pool and spa or enjoying this walking friendly community. Amenities include: tennis; media center; sauna/steam room; and state of the art fitness center. Minutes from Manasota Key and Venice beaches, a wide variety of golf; outdoor activities; shopping; dining and cultural events.

Paradise at Gran Paradiso

Pristine clean, relaxing, quiet, private, everything one needs & desires for a lovely vacation! Susan has seen beautifully to every detail. We loved our month-long stay in this villa & enjoyed all the amenities Gran Paradiso had to offer. Highly recommend!

Beautiful home and great hosts

I enjoyed a month-long stay with my parents (70s) and children (8 and 10). The home was clean and nicely decorated. The hosts were very responsive. We enjoyed the beautiful community amenities including tennis courts which were generally available and the large pool (both walkable to the rental).

Pictures don’t do this villa justice

My family of four stayed here while our house was being finished getting built in another neighborhood nearby. This villa was so fabulous we felt like we were on vacation. The owner has everything you could imagine and more and it’s clear that she loves this place and stays there very frequently. Decorated to the nines,great location in terms of the amenities in the community and just overall really well done. The lanai was an added bonus with beautiful sunsets at night. We were very comfortable here and would highly recommend it to anyone looking to stay in the area

Gran Paradiso Villa stay

Our stay in Gran Paradiso (property ID 747609) was excellent! The villa was beautifully appointed and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Everything about the villa was wonderful and the amenities of Gran Paradiso were great!
