Cute, comfortable cottage!

What a cute place to rest and recharge after a busy day! This cozy little space was perfect for us to process what we learned at an intensive in nearby Franklin. The cottage had everything we needed to be comfortable, including extras like granola bars and coffee. Thank you!!

Blissful seclusion, but close to everything

We really enjoyed our time at the Little Cottage. The location feels like you're in the country, but you are just a short drive to Franklin, several state and county parks, and not far from Nashville. The cottage was easy to access, private and very comfortable. The owners are on site in a separate house, so I knew if we needed anything (though we did not), they were close at hand. I would happily return to this little slice of heaven.

10/10!!

My partner and I have been to dozens of places over the last few years, but it's difficult to think of any other place we love as much as this. Such as amazing location- quiet, serene, comfortable and private. The kitchen and bathroom were stocked with more amenities than we could ask for and the cabin was decorated so well!! We fell in love as soon as we walked in. Morning coffee out on the patio area listening to all of the beautiful bird songs as they flew from tree to tree was the most relaxing and peaceful experience I've had in some time. We will definitely be looking to come back again in the future!

Beautiful Sanctuary

Beautifully, well kept. Owner's communication was great and they even left us pastries. Property was very peaceful. Morning coffee walks and evening wine by the fire pit made the trip. One note, I suggest renting a car. Uber drivers are hesitant to go out to the area on weekends when they are busy in the City.

Great but won't stay there again

It is everything the good reviews state. Quiet, clean, comfortable and the hosts were terrific. I believe the bed in the larger room is a queen and it is short. I am 6'4" and my feet hung off the end of the bed by a foot. My wife and I cannot sleep together in a queen of any size let alone this bed. So we slept in separate rooms. We found that not having WIFI service was a little discouraging. The room with the queen is plenty large enough for a king bed. If the place had a king bed and WIFI we would absolutely stay again.

Quiet and restful

Used the Cottage as homebase for seeing Nashville, Lynchburg, and Bowling Green. Loved the place and the area is beautiful.

Great place to stay

My son and I stayed there for a week! It had everything we needed. We were was able to cook food everyday, and it was nice quiet place to relax after a long day at hockey camp.

Lovely Little Cottage

In a lovely rural setting but very close to downtown Franklin. Had an issue with a smoke detector & the host came to deal with it right away. Only issue was we were not aware there is not an oven & we had brought some food to bake. But that was minor.

Cute Cottage and Perfect Location

The Little Cottage is very cozy yet had everything we needed. It was clean and comfortable. The location is perfect, close to downtown Franklin and other attractions in the area. The hosts were wonderful, very responsive and kind. We would highly recommend staying here if you are in the area!

Great weekend getaway

This property is just outside Franklin. It's very peaceful. My wife spend many hours outside reading on the patio. It's only a few miles from Franklin. Plus it's only 30 minutes or so from Nashville. Super close to everything but then just far enough away. I would recommend.

Close to everything, but a world away

I can't say enough about how great this little cottage is! The location is so close to so many great things to do. It is so quiet and clean. They have thought of everything you need! The porch was our absolute favorite spot!

Our hosts were so kind and approachable. They were willing to pick up food for us after our long day of traveling. They were so accommodating. Would stay with them again!

Our stay at the cottage

It was so lovely, the little cottage was absolutely perfect. The beds were so soft and the place had a wonderful feeling of home while being so far away from ours. Along with the owners being absolutely wonderful, and feeling like family. We'll deffanetly be back. :}

Sweet Cozy Cabin

It was the perfect place for a short little get-a-way. Very clean and stocked with everything we needed. We loved the area and enjoyed early morning walks down the little country road.

Clean, quiet and a good spot out of town for two people. Owners on property but they gave us our privacy. Lovedthe private two seater deck.

It was very clean the only problem is it’s misleading online how tiny the living space actually is .Needs 2 recliners to sit in instead of 2 straight back chairs,more sports channels.

Great location close to Franklin

Great place and location to Franklin. Fair price. The place is 5 stars as written. I wish there was WiFi and the bed squeaked a little bit. Friendly and communicative owners. Great to have the kitchen available.

Last minute request perfect find

We had to make a last minute reservation for a horse show and were looking for an economical and logistically convenient location. Everything online was exactly what we expected! Would definitely stay again.

Lovely Stay!

A wonderful trip up from Orlando for the Pilgrimage Festival. The accommodations were just as advertised, well appointed and very clean (a must!). We’ll be back.

Cozy spot, gracious hosts

This is a great little spot, cozy, nicely furnished, and perfect for a couple of people. Really gracious hosts. Beautiful property and surroundings. Easy access to Franklin and Leiper’s Fork. Highly recommend.
