We had a wonderful stay at Little Leiper’s Cottage. The house was very comfortable and so charming. It had everything we needed and was close to town.

Close to downtown Leiper’s Fork. Clean and well stocked cottage. Detailed instructions provided by the host. We enjoyed a great stay while exploring Leiper’s Fork and Franklin!

Charming home in adorable Leipers Fork! Was a great stay, very clean, personal local touches added. Loved the local coffee included! Only item worth noting for future guests is the home is right on the Main Street and traffic is heavy in the mornings. Bring a noise machine if you are a light sleeper!

This cottage was perfect for our stay! Great location for Leipers Fork, Franklin Main Street, Southall Farms and Natchez Trace. The cottage was very comfortable with charming touches throughout. We will definitely stay here again..

The driveway was difficult to get in and out of because of its steep angle. There was a lot of truck traffic on the road in front of the house so it was loud. The doors did not shut or seal properly and in turn there were many flying insects inside all hours. Perhaps if there were screen doors that would have helped. Otherwise, it was clean and well supplied for laundry and toiletry purposes.

Thank you for your feedback. We haven’t previously received complaints or experienced any difficulties entering or exiting the driveway. After reading your review, we inspected the doors and discovered that a section of weatherstripping was missing, which had unfortunately gone unnoticed. This has since been repaired. We wish you had brought this to our attention during your stay, as we would have been happy to address it right away. We’re glad you found the home clean and well stocked, and we appreciate your stay.

Great Place!

The cottage is so cute! We found it to be very clean, the beds were extremely comfortable and the host, friendly and accommodating. It’s very close to Leipers Fork Village.

Super cute cottage, both charming and intimate. The wood floors looked to be original with character throughout. Very clean and well decorated with quaint functionality!

Great Little Cottage

This cottage is very quaint, well stocked and organized. Very close to Downtown Historic Franklin and Brentwood shopping. We enjoyed our stay!

Felt like home!

We were on our way home from Florida and had to stop at one of our favorite towns Franklin/Leipers Fork...The cottage was very clean, cozy and the bed was very comfortable! It had everything we needed to make our stay awesome! Our 3 days wasn't long enough and we would definitely stay here again!

We just needed a spot to stop hallway home from vacation. Didn't realize this was in such a fun area. Restaurants, live music, galleries about half mile down. Too bad we couldn't stay longer.Loved the decor here. As others noted, the beds and pillows are very comfortable. Couldn't tell from the pics, but the shower is a large walkin with a curtain. Super clean and had everything we needed.
