Wonderful Family Place

Absolutely one of the best places we have stayed. The host was responsive, and the facility was like a home away from home. Great weather and great experience.

House was great and ideal location. Strict rules with checking in/checking out and cameras around the outside area, but overall good experience

We have to have rules to protect the property and our neighbors. As travelers from out of the country you may not realize but basically all VRBOs have cameras on the outside. I am glad you enjoyed the property but disappointed you left a bad review.

The location was wonderful, and the house was as listed. There were a few minor problems, but the owner responded promptly. The cookware could use some updates. The dock and entry to the lake were excellent. The flat lot was a wonderful find for me as I have some mobility issues. Overall it was a wonderful place for a family gathering.

We were never made aware of any issues with the cookware. The guests were checked in with numerous times during the stay to make sure it was perfect. All cookware was replaced in the spring. Disappointed to see a low review.

The location met all of our needs. The house was clean, check in was easy, and communication was spot on. The location is beautiful and the house has all the amenities a large group needs. I highly recommend staying there! The host Steve was great!!

As advertised, this place has everything! The private sandy beach was a plus for our little ones! We plan to return next year.

Family Christmas Trip

We had an amazing time; the house is beautiful and has plenty of room inside and out with beautiful views. I recommend this house and we hope to return back soon.

Enjoyment by the Lake

We enjoyed our time at the Pace Place. The inside decor was beautiful. The outside was enjoyable. We had a fun and relaxing time.

Pace Place Dadeville Al

This is such a great property to stay at with your family. So much for all ages to do. Very Clean and well taken care of property. Loved every minute we spent with my whole family. Thank you Pace Place for the memories!!

Great Lake Place

This was a Great Lake place for my family to enjoy a long weekend. There was 3 families with 7 adults and 4 children. The outside dock, yard, and little beach area was well maintained and equipped with a paddle boat, 2 kayaks, fire pit, grill, and a nice outside porch. The inside of the house had a large master suite, 2 king bedrooms with a set of bunk beds in each and a nice bath for each bedroom. The large kitchen was fairly well equipped. The 4th bedroom was very small with no closet and no room to even put a suitcase on the floor. There was a powder room for this bedroom to use but no shower. They have a bunk house that we didn't use but it looked nice. Overall it was a very nice place and the owner was extremely attentive and helpful to us.

The bedrooms and bathrooms are as described in the property information at the time of booking. The bathroom adjacent to the 4th bedroom is a 1/2 bath. At this time the laundry room adjacent to the 4th bedroom serves as its closet and has worked great for other renters (see reviews). As stated in our information to renters, in January 2020, the 1/2 bath will be expanded to a full bathroom and the adjacent 4th bedroom will be made larger to accommodate a closet and more floor space. The separate suite or bunk house is equipped with a closet, full bathroom, tv area, kitchenette, full bed, and bunk beds if additional space is needed. We look forward to continue to make the Pace Place even better and have many things planned. We want to continue to provide what the others don't and at low rates.

Great place.

Lots of space and amenities. Views of the lake were amazing. Great place for a family reunion. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed to prepare Thanksgiving dinner. Definitely recommend this place.

Lake Martin Fall Break

This property was perfect for our group which ranged from infant to adults. There was plenty to do outside and having the beach/dock so close was comforting for the older kids to play and adults to keep an eye on them. We were rarely inside as there was so much to do outside!

Auburn/PSU Game

Excellent experience. The property was well maintained and very well appointed with everything needed for enjoying the lake and surroundings such as hot tub, kayaks, paddle boards, etc. also proximity to stores and town made it a convenient location. Would definitely return.

Family Vacation

There were 18 of us, our annual vacation with our kids and grandchildren. We usually head to the Florida beaches but wanted something different. This was a beautiful home and we had so much to do there that we never had to leave for other entertainment. I believe we like the lake in place of the busy beach. Thank you Steven for sharing your beautiful home.
