With 4 bedrooms, 4 king beds, a separate bunk area with 4 twin beds, and two spacious living areas, there is plenty of room for everyone to relax and make memories together. TVs are located in every bedroom and both living areas, so everyone can unwind with their favorite shows or catch the big game.

The home features two comfortable living areas, giving larger groups plenty of room to spread out. The upstairs family room provides additional space for relaxing and includes access to the bunk area with four twin beds, making it an especially fun space for kids.

The fully equipped kitchen features granite countertops, a breakfast bar, and everything you need to prepare meals for your group. When it's time to dine or relax outdoors, head to the large patio and fire up the gas grill for an easy lakeside dinner.

The main floor is handicap accessible and features:

36-inch-wide doors

A low-step entrance at the front door

Two lift chairs — one in the living room and one in Bedroom #2

🚤 Private Boat Dock & Lake Access

Enjoy having the lake right outside your door with your own private boat dock. Bring your boat, spend the day swimming and fishing, or simply relax by the water and take in the beautiful Lake Martin scenery.

During summer pool season (April–October), the lake is at full water levels, providing excellent access for swimming, boating, fishing, and enjoying your private dock.

From November through March, Lake Martin water levels are lowered as part of Alabama Power's seasonal conservation program. During these months, boats do not have access to the private dock.

Boats can still be launched from public boat ramps throughout the year, but they must be removed from the lake each day during the winter months.

Kayaks can be carried into the water year-round, allowing guests to continue enjoying the lake even during the lower-water season.
