Open for rental again after some time off the market:
This sprawling ranch is a comfortable hillside home in Driftwood with a panoramic hill country view. The 3100 square foot house sits on 13 acres on a private road. Most of the house has been recently remodeled. There are no steps inside the home and there are two walk-in showers, so it is ideal for guests with mobility issues.

Whether you are attending an event in Austin, Dripping Springs or Wimberley, or just looking to get away from the city, this is an ideal venue. Great spot to stay for a nearby wedding or a girls’ wine tour getaway.

If you are looking for a place to host an event, invite friends for a gathering, or otherwise have a bunch of folks over, this is NOT the location for you. This is not available as an event space. LIMIT OF FOUR VEHICLES AT ANY TIME.

•Four bedrooms sleep 10 (6 adults, 4 kids)
MAXIMUM 8 ADULTS ALLOWED
Three bedrooms have queen beds
One bunkroom with two bunk sets (twin/twin and full/twin)
•Three full baths, one half bath
Master and bunkroom have attached full baths.
•Gameroom includes pool table, shuffleboard, poker table and TV with Spectrum TV.
•Bunkroom has its own TV area.
•Fully stocked kitchen with appliances (excluding groceries).
• Separate dining and living area.
•Large outdoor deck, largely covered, with seating to enjoy the natural setting.
• High speed internet
•Fresh Linens and towels will be provided.
•Washer/dryer.

Check in between noon and 10 pm. Check out time is noon. We require 24 hours between rentals to ensure the home is properly cleaned for the next guest.

The house is conveniently located southwest of Austin, between Dripping Springs and Wimberley in Driftwood.

•10 minutes from City of Dripping Springs, HEB, Walgreens and local restaurants.
•10 minutes from Wimberley, Blue Hole, Jacob’s Well, art galleries, shopping and restaurants.
•5-15 minutes from the legendary Salt Lick BBQ, 3 wineries, 2 breweries, 3 distilleries and several hill country wedding venues.

Perfect house for gathering with friends!

We had a group of friends stay here for a wedding/F1 and there was plenty of room for all of us, as well as lots of games available. Best part was the multiple places to hang out and huge kitchen!

Lovely property great for families

Stayed at this home for our annual June birthdays gaming trip. Property was as described in the listing (if not better) and owners were super friendly and accommodating. Would stay here again for sure.

April Wedding

Our family stayed here for the weekend to attend a wedding in Driftwood. We could not have asked for a more perfect location. The house was a great place for us to relax and enjoy a weekend together. The location to so many places to visit was perfect. Great property...highly recommended for a family getaway!

Would love to stay here again!

This is home is just as described, and much more! There is tons of space, plenty to occupy you without ever having to leave, and lots to do close by. Communication with the owner was great. We had everything we needed to cook, relax, and enjoy the beautiful views. Small neighboring towns offer great shopping, food and fun. The kids enjoyed playing pool and exploring the area. Thanks for providing a great home away from home!

Hill country retreat.

Great place to crash for a few days especially if you like the rolling hills of south Texas. Beds were very comfortable and HVAC was very easy to control. Bath rooms all updated with new fixtures and showers. Kitchen cabinets no doubt are next on the to do list. Please put some new drip pans in the electric range. Hill country at night is magic. We had a great time. Thanks!

Definitely would return and highly recommended!

The property was perfect for our needs. We were attending a wedding in Wimberly. Enough room to accommodate the family, the beds were super comfy. Kitchen had everything we needed. The house was equipped with entertainment for everyone. Views of the hill country were amazing while we enjoyed our coffee on the wrap around deck. Grandkids loved exploring around the property hoping to see some wildlife. Definitely would return and highly recommend this property

SUPERCALIFRAGILISTICEXPIALIDOCIOUS!!!!!!

This place was fantastic for our group. Plenty of room to be together or find private space if you wanted. Game room was great, deck was great, kitchen was great, bedrooms and bathrooms were clean and well appointed. This is a great home and Adam was a very nice guy. We already looking forward to our next booking here.

Great house and location!

We rented the house for our stay while in the area for a wedding. The house was great as well as the location and views. Adam was a great host. We would highly recommend it.

Great Hill Country Getaway

My husband and I just rented this house with two other couples. We were all attending a wedding at the Wildflower Barn. The location of the house was just perfect! When we weren't at the wedding, we really enjoyed the outdoor patio and seating area - what a beautiful view. Plus, the house was nice and clean! Kerri was very easy to work with and was available if needed (which wasn't necessary). I would highly recommend this property, especially if you have an event at the Wildflower Barn :)

Great time in a comfortable, lovely home.

The home was very nice. We visited Driftwood for my granddaughters wedding so there was lots of family excitement. The home had everything we needed and was clean and comfortable. The kitchen was fully stocked with dishes and cooking utensils and appliances. The beds were comfortable and the living areas were very nice. The guys enjoyed the pool table and shuffle board with the ladies completed the last minute wedding preparations. Some of us enjoyed seeing all the stars in the evenings in that clear Texas sky. And the house is located only a short distance from the wedding venue and close to the HEB in Dripping Springs. The instruction book provided by the homeowner was very helpful. All in all, a great VRBO and we highly recommend.

Great Vacation Home

We found the home to be a beautiful, well maintained home with many extra's. It was conveniently close to Memory Lane Event Center as well as Dripping Springs and Austin. My family was impressed with the well stocked game room and "kids" room. Plenty of activities to keep young adults busy in the evenings. The home itself was clean and bathrooms were well stocked with linens, the kitchen had everything we needed to make the stay as close to being at home as possible. We thoroughly enjoyed the view from the back patio in the morning, it was a beautiful and relaxing way to start the day. We would absolutely consider staying here again and our guests were impressed enough to take down the information as a possibility for their future vacations.

Great floor plan for families. Excellent choice of activities and games for all age levels.

My husband and I, my elderly parents, my daughter, her husband and their 8 month old baby, all stayed at the property during the weekend of a family member's wedding--making for a total of four generations on site! We were all extremely pleased with the comfort of the home and the amenities available. The home is a bit dated and needs a few repairs, but other than that, we were quite pleased.

Great home,perfect setting

This house was perfect for me and my seven grandchildren, ages 9-19. The four teenagers loved the bunk room with their own bathroom. They liked the Xbox and comfy bean bag chairs too. The other three shared two bedrooms and a bath and had plenty of room. I enjoyed the master bedroom and fantastic bath all to myself. The master bath has a wonderful soaking tub and a large shower. All the baths have been beautifully redone. There are several areas for different activities. A game area with pool table, shuffle board and a game table for cards or board games. Also in that area is the TV and a big sectional couch. The living room with a fire place was a nice place to read or for conversation. The kitchen is enormous! It's very well equipped too. There are two covered outdoor spaces and an open deck area. The views are beautiful and the stars are bright. There is a fire ring for a campfire if there is no burn ban on. The house is close to Dripping springs and Wimberly. The wifi works well all over the house. Loved our stay here.

It was great. Everything we had hoped for and more.

We were in town for a wedding, so we only stayed two nights but would have liked to stayed longer. The place was great, and provided everything we needed. Two kids with us and there were more things to keep them busy than they had time to do. We loved it!

Hill Country Gem

Ideal vacation house set a great location, convenient to Austin as well as the many attractions in the surrounding Hill Country - quaint towns, natural sights, wineries, breweries, restaurants, shopping, etc. House can sleep 6 plus a few more (kids?) in the oversized bunk room - no complaints about comfort and room to spread out. Huge deck that wraps around the back and side, with plenty of seating, makes for great days enjoying the Texas weather and your company. Bathrooms are remodeled so they look great and everything works. Kitchen is huge but is vintage/dated. Furnishings and decorations are functional and nice, typical of a vacation rental. Game room and a couple of extra tables are a bonus. Internet speed was fine, 2 of 3 TV's have satellite, although the set in the master is quite small. No issues working with the owners. Overall well worth the asking price - I would recommend highly.

beautiful scenery

We decided to rent a place in the hill country for spring break with the grandchildren and I am so glad we chose this place. Even though it rained half the time, it was awesome! We sat on the porch and watched the rain, it was so peaceful. The house is well decorated, tons of artwork and the decor is nice. The furniture and beds were comfortable with extra throws and blankets in each room. The showers were huge and the soaker tub was a hit. The kitchen may be outdated but it's huge!! One person could make coffee, another cook, someone wash dishes and there would still be room to serve at the counter. There was absolutely nothing lacking in this house, I would recommend it to anyone. The owner was very gracious and we look forward to going back.

Wonderful place, even better than the pictures!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful property in Driftwood. No detail was overlooked by the homeowner, house was fully stocked with all the amenities and conveniences of your own home. The home was very spacious and roomy, we had six adults and a toddler and there was more than enough space, never felt on top of each other. With the exception of the kitchen, the home has been fully updated and furniture/beds all very comfortable. The home is at the top of a hill and the view from the extensive wrap around porches is amazing. Complete with fully equipped game room and outdoor fire pit, there was plenty to keep us entertained and a beautiful setting to unwind and relax. We will definitely be back!
