Convenient location

We enjoyed our stay. The place needs a deep cleaning before guests arrive but overall the stay and communication with the property manager was very good.

A great stay!

The property was just as described, and had that “at home” feeling. The owner was very responsive and helpful. We had a great time!

Desirable Location

The Fountains is a great condo location close to walking/bike trails, shopping & parks. Master bedroom is in a remodeling phase & well done so far. Host replied immediately to any questions, concerns.

Left early!

I found the condo materially different than the photos and the description. Needs a deep deep clean, top to bottom particularly that lovely European kitchen, the carpets, the many rugs and accessories. I left early, nice owner.

Great condo, great area

The condo was just as the pictures showed, it was clean & comfortable. People in the complex were friendly, and condo was close to many restaurants and shopping. Richard was easy to work with and responded quickly to our calls.

Great experience!

We love this property! The owners are wonderful and made us feel right at home. The condo was very clean and has all everything you need to make it perfect holiday spot!

Great property!!

Love this property, the neighborhood, and the communication with the owners was great! The only thing that I can said I didn’t like about this place is the master bed but besides that everything was amazing!!

Fully More Than Satisfied

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo in Scottsdale, Az. Very clean, very well presented with upscale décor, roomy, comfortable and very well maintained. The large balcony was just great to have, and we enjoyed many hours on it, just soaking up some sun, reading, eating and just relaxing. Four restaurants, just a five minute walk from the condo, beautiful walking paths, and very nice neighbourhoods. Richard was very accommodating when making our arrangements, and always got back to us promptly, if we had any questions. Definitely, no issues with the landlord, very professional and reliable. We would highly recommend this condo.

We loved our stay. Beautiful well maintained condo. Very clean and updated.

We had a great vacation on a gorgeous property. Very clean and quiet. Heated pool and hot tub was wonderful. Our condo was fully updated and very clean. Decorated beautifully. Would definitely go back again.

Very cozy and clean and centered excellent in Phoenix

This was a very good place to stay and the owner was EXCELLENT!!! Highly recommend this condo! Pro's: Excellent living room with nice HD large TV. Full kitchen with all appliances to cook in or simply microwave . (Loved the wine/bev refrigerator and the selection of wine glasses - Thank you Richard!) Has a Dining room table that we used to play board games. Between living room and Kitchen, so can use as a combo if needed. Had nice WiFi (typical cable - slowed down at peak times, US problem not the owners fault) that was easy to access. Master Bedroom had a large bed and a TON of pillows of all sizes - nice touch. Private shower. Ample closet space for a short stay or a month or so. Cons: The second bedroom with bunk beds is EXCELLENT for kids. However, we had all adults and the two guys (both 6'2") couldn't fit in the beds. Luckily the bottom bunks had spaces for the legs to fit through. The HD TV had basic cable package, but stayed during The Masters golf tournament and the end of the NBA season. There is no ESPN on the TV service. Not important to many visiting to see the area, but frustrating to not at least check in vs actually watching when in the condo. Worst experience, BY FAR, was that the Master bedroom is on the street side. Checked in on Wed. Thursday morning - 6:30am they started to trim the Orange trees with chain saws. Not possible to sleep through this. Again on Fri morning, but they receded. Another early rise. And then Sat and Sunday morning they began to work on the roof. Heavy pounding, drilling, scraping, banging. You thought any moment they were going to break through the ceiling. This was obnoxious to the Extreme!!! Drove all of us out of bed and had to move our car early that morning with a knock on the door. Was horrible for a vacation spot/time to relax. With all this said, I think? this would "normally" be a quiet and comfortable place to stay in an excellent location. We were just there at the wrong time. I actually recommend this place simply because the owners is so receptive

Enjoyed Our Stay

We enjoyed our 5 day stay in Scottsdale. The condo living room is comfortably furnished. The kitchen is very nice--everything you need. Close to shopping & easy ride to 101 Loop. The pool area is lovely with lots of palm trees. Owner is very responsive to any issues or questions.

Good location, quiet, fully equipped with a great patio.

We spent 2 months there and enjoyed each day. The fully equipped and updated stainless appliances in the kitchen was a plus. It has a spacious living and dining room with comfortable furniture. With 2 bedrooms and 2 baths it was good for a couple or a family as the 2nd bedroom has 2 sets of bunks. An adult could sleep on the bunks too. We spent a lot of time on the large patio with table and chairs. The location was close to most everything and is good for walking. We would stay there again and the owners were great to work with.

Fountains of Scottsdale

Fabulous 2BR/2BA unit. Excellent location. Many good restaurants in area. Easy to get to most places in and around Phoenix. Beautiful area and super comfortable condo. Highly recommend it.
