This single-story unit comes with an awesome view of the pool, hot tub and lake Okanagan, and with 2 master bedrooms, one with an ensuite bathroom and one additional full bathroom. Island kitchen, granite countertops, gas stove, stainless steel appliances. This top-floor unit is super quiet and includes a private patio with an incredible view of the lake.

No pets.
No smoking
utilities are all included.

We have recently partnered with a boat rental company in the Kelowna area as well, and are happy to offer a full week boat rental option for an additional $2,000/week, with the boat conveniently located on a boat slip directly in front of the resort.
This is an incredible deal and about half the price of an equivalent boat rental if you were to book directly from a traditional boat rental company! Please note that this offer is available only to individuals who book this unit (and one other unit) at Barona Beach.

Great Location!

Great location for families! Lots of beaches (some within walking distance) and amenities nearby for the whole family. Condo was fully equipped, overlooking the lake and pool below.

Annual summer trip to Kelowna

This was our 18th summer trip to Kelowna and the first time we had picked a rental property from VRBO (or any other rental by owner). The unit was exactly what was advertised, the location was great. Having a boat and a place to dock right at the location was a must for our family. We would recommend this unit to our friends.

Barona Beach

Owners are fantastic to deal with. Location was good, view was also good. We enjoy this resort and in general it is kept very well. Property itself could have been cleaner - but we are clean freaks - so take that comment with a grain of salt. Would I stay in the property again - absolutely.

Excellent location and very well kept

Excellent location, hosts were easy to deal with and responsive, this condo was also well appointed - we had everything we needed in the kitchen. It was very clean except for the floors which I washed on our first night and the master bedroom pillows which also needed a wash but we didn’t realize this until we stripped the bed (as requested in the check out list) so I guess it didn’t really impact our stay. The grounds, pool, pool bathrooms and beach were also clean and well maintained.

Great location, needs a deep clean!

We recently stayed at this property and was pleased with our experience. The property suited our needs for, the four of us, and the bedrooms were nice and big, accommodating us nicely. The view from the property was great and well situated, with good access to fabulous wineries, grocery shopping, and activities. However, we did notice that the property could use a bit of maintenance and was showing signs of age. Most concerning was the cleanliness of the property, we are unsure of when the floor was last cleaned as our socks/feet were black from walking around! Also, we washed most dishes prior to use, as they had food residue. Kitchen was relatively well stocked, unfortunately both can-openers provided were non-functional. Screen doors to patio are significantly damaged, and challenging to open and close. Additionally, if you are bringing a second vehicle, finding additional parking off-site can be a bit tricky. Despite a hefty cleaning fee, guest are expected to initiate loads of Landry and strip all beds. 11am check out, however, in-suite instructions advise that cleaners may access suite as early as 10am. (Concerning, but this did not affect our Plans)

Great Resort Style Condo

We came with our family a a bunch of friends who rented within the complex. The condo is well situated with a beautiful view. This unit requires some work as there was missing towel racks, holes in the closet and the screen was broken. Once these minor fixes are made this unit would be a 5 star! Highly reccomend this area for families.

Summer Fun!

We have stayed at Barona a few times, and it has always been a great time! The location is ideal, and amenities (grocery, restaurants, etc.) are close. The AC did break down, but David the owner was very prompt in his communication with us and did his best to rectify. It really was beyond his control as we were in heat warnings and the system just couldn't keep up. Fans were provided, and he was very empathetic. Having the pool and lake right there made all the difference. We would highly recommend staying here, especially for a young family.

Roomy 4 star Condo

Family found the condo roomy, yet feels that this condo needs a bit of routine maintenance to knock it to a 5 star rating. We loved the beach access, salt water pool, views and walking options around the property. Parking was an issue for guests at times as well as our second family vehicle. Good access to awesome wineries, grocery shopping and activties.

Great Location

Relaxing, comfortable condo with heated pool and lovely view of Lake Okanagan. Easy drive to several wineries including Mission Hill. Easy access to Highway 97 to access other communities in the valley.
