Very nice place but the pool closes from 7:30 or 8. So nothing to do with everything around closing at 9.

Good stay with great views

Good condo (not exactly a penthouse; albeit top floor) with dated bathrooms. Amanda, the property manager was quick to respond to any concerns/questions. Overall good stay.

Great Views

Great location. Very good place to stay especially if you are watching a launch. We were lucky to see one. Enough space for our family of 5 to keep to ourselves and be together.

Perfect location to Kennedy Space Center and great beach. We saw rocket launches from the balcony and dolphins. Has all you need for a day at the beach. The furniture is dirty and could be in better condition and the inside could be a little bit cleaner. Family had a great stay.

Girls Trip

Condo was nice & very clean with a great view of the ocean. Lots to do on the island …. Manatees, dolphins, turtles, cruise ships, rocket launches, bike paths, sunset boat cruises … great location.

Excellent as always. Feels like our second home.

Clean, convenient with beautiful balcony ocean view. Steps to the water. We enjoyed a catamaran dolphin cruise with Cruise Cocoa on Always Sunday (boat name). Decided every time we come we will add that to our fun list.

Had a great time!

Had a great time in cocoa beach. The condo was clean and very nice. I would recommend having a keypad for the doors so you don’t have to carry a key with you everywhere. Other then that we really enjoyed our stay!

Quiet, clean, great views of rocket launches.

I was here with my elderly mother and other extended family. Condo was clean and had great views. Kitchen was well stocked with needed dishes etc and tons of storage. Loved that they had beach chairs/umbrella for use. Keypad entries were great foraccess. Saw 3 launches of Spacex on the port side of the top floor. Overall, very happy with our accommodations.

The 3 bedroom condo was fantastic. It was clean and the bedrooms and kitchen were a great size. The view was great. We missed a launch due to weather, so we will be back. Can't wait.

View is a WOW and loved the condo

We had high expectations for the condo and view, and they were beat! The view was breathtaking and we'd loved being on the top floor with no one above us. The condo and kitchen were very well stocked and everything was immaculate. They even provided everything we needed for the beach. Kelsy was such a pleasure interacting with and we're already planning our next year trip.

View was fantastic! Kitchen cabinets were fantastic. Inside was not what I expected! Dining room table chairs had no cushion left. Guest bathroom missing towel holder. Patio door took muscles to open. Oven door cover loose and dryer took hours to dry. Elevator code didn’t work for two days. Host and property managers did respond to all text or emails.
