Welcome to the Cocoa Beach Club. Located in Cocoa Beach, Florida, the home of ''I Dream of Jeannie'' and within sight of the launches at the Kennedy Space Center, Cape Canaveral. Our unit is in a direct oceanfront complex on the beach and with a large heated pool. Our home is fully furnished and close to everything. 3 miles from Port Canaveral, you can cruise out of Port Canaveral and use the condo as your pre and post-cruise vacation base. You can always choose to sit on the Club's own private boardwalk, or on the beach.

This Condo has a great living room with new living room furniture, dining room, kitchen and generous closet space. Full size washer and dryer inside the unit! Marble/granite baths, Toto bidet with remote in the master!

Local attractions:: Kennedy Space Center, Disney World, Epcot Center, MGM Studios, Disney's Animal Kingdom, Sea World, Ron Jon Surf Shop, Patrick Air Force Base, Cape Canaveral, Merritt Island Bird and Wildlife Sanctuary, Port Canaveral-- Disney Cruise line, Royal Caribbean Cruise line, Carnival Cruise line, deep sea fishing and gambling ships -- all 3-4 miles away! The famous Ron Jon Surf Shop is also within walking distance.

1. Any vicious, dangerous, or exotic animal exposure
This includes, but is not limited to dangerous breeds of dogs (purebred or mix
including Pit Bull, Doberman Pinscher, Rottweiler, German Shepherd, Akita,
Chow, Presa Canario, Wolf, American Bulldog, Beauceron, Caucasian
Mountain Dog, Great Dane, Keeshond, Stafford Terrier), guard dog, lions,
tigers and other exotic animals.

2. Any farm animal, livestock or saddle animal exposure

3. Any animal exposure with prior loss history

Sorry, no ball team members coming to play in the area are permitted at this condo. We've had problems in the past where multiple condos were rented by ball teams having raised havoc on the property.

This was an excellent experience from start to finish. The host was very communicative, the location was amazing (near the pool and facing the ocean), and the unit was extremely clean. They provided lots of towels, patio chairs, and other amenities that made our stay enjoyable. We love this complex and look forward to visiting again.

This condo was great! It have everything you needed for a beach vacation. The kitten was well stocked. My 96 year old mother, who use to live in the area, absolutely loved it. It was perfect for us.

Amazing! The location was perfect, with the beach just steps outside the back door. The unit was stocked with everything we needed for the beach as well (toys, chairs, umbrellas, etc.). We will definitely recommend to all our friends and we will be sure to rent again!

The place was convenient to everything and right on the beach and by the pier.. However at night time in the kitchen we experienced some critters. as much as I paid for the weekend we didn’t expect this.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re happy to hear you enjoyed the location and convenient access to the beach and pier. Florida’s tropical climate does make palmetto bugs and those tiny ghost ants a common challenge, even with regular pest control. That said, we take every guest experience seriously and have our pest-control team address the property frequently to help keep nature outside where it belongs.

The property was nice and clean. The beach is beautiful and just a few steps away and right near the pier. There were plenty of towels and extra blankets. It was a beautiful stay and had no issues. Definitely recommend!

Beach Stay Before Cruise

We had a fantastic time, spending a couple of days here before leaving on a cruise. The property was immaculately clean, within a stone’s throw of the beach and the pool, and convenient to the cruise port. The owner also communicated very well with us.

Everything we needed!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The kitchen was well stocked with everything. They were also well stocked with everything we needed for the beach! Chairs, towels, sandtoys, bodyboards, umbrellas, everything! This is a great location for a family vacation. I would absolutely stay here again.
