Relax and enjoy pet-friendly WaterfrontEscape301 !

Located on the dunes of the Delaware Bay, this 3 bedroom 2.5 bath home is SHORE to help you unwind. The beach path begins right from the front yard. Enjoy morning coffee on the large covered deck easily accessible from the kitchen. Just steps from the secluded beach where dogs are welcomed all year long. Enjoy walks near the bay collecting seashells, sea glass and watch the best sunsets on the east coast. Enjoy dinner outside while the breeze from the bay cools the summer nights. 1st floor: living room, dining room, laundry room with full size washer/dryer, toilet & sink and a fully stocked kitchen with pots and pans, coffee pot and Keurig. 2nd floor: 3 bedrooms ( Queen, 2 twin & 2 bunk-beds) and 2 baths.
All you need to bring are your own bedding (sheets and blankets) and towels. Location of beach house is 8 miles north of historic Cape May, Wildwood Crest and the Wildwood Boardwalk.

Peak summer rentals are Saturday to Saturday from mid June until Labor Day. Check-in is 4:00 pm. Check-out is noon. Families and couples only. Sorry, no parties or proms.

The cottage is so close to the beach you could avoid wearing shoes for your entire stay. The cottage was comfortable and had everything we needed for 5 adults and a golden retriever. Having a beverage fridge was really handy. The beach was perfect for relaxing. Close to Cape May for shopping and lunches/dinners out. Great ice cream, farm stands, wineries, and breweries to visit nearby.

We had a perfect vacation! The view and sound of the waves was so relaxing. The sunset is breath taking. Everything we needed was readily available. The beds were very comfortable with clean, soft quilts. We each had our own bathroom which made getting ready quick and easy. This was one of the best stays ever.Steps to the beach which most of the time was all ours. Enjoyed the full array of games, puzzles, and cards. The outdoor seating and fire pit were great. Our hosts were quick to react to our one call and so gracious! Thank you for sharing your amazing beach house!

This home is a fantastic beach-adjacent getaway. The inside was clean, fully equipped, and very comfortable for the four of us and our two dogs. Working with the host was a breeze—they were responsive and genuinely helpful whenever needed throughout our stay. And as promised, the sunsets did not disappoint!On the downside, the property was in need of some curb appeal and yard care during our visit. The grass around the front and sides was high upon arrival, which made for a disappointing first impression. The backyard has great potential, but it could be cleared of some weeds, debris and burrs; our dogs ended up with burs in their paws and weren't able to play in the backyard but on the bright side, because of the short walk to the beach, it was easy to take the dogs there to potty and play instead. With a bit of exterior upkeep and minor cosmetic touch-ups, this place would be absolute perfection.

The house is a wonderful peaceful getaway. By far the best part are the amazing sunsets which are just a few step from the back porch or can be enjoyed from the upper deck. The house is very well stocked and the hosts are a pleasure to work with.

Perfect Bayside Getaway

Could not ask for a better more well appointed vacation home. Literal steps from the beach, kayaks, and bikes for exploring, dog friendly and comfortable. Was probably the best VRBO I have stayed at. Unmatched sunsets!

Great Bayside Beach

The highlight of the house is the amazing sunsets over the bay. A very relaxing beach with limited waves which is good for little kids. Plenty of birds and other wildlife to watch. A perfect spot for a relaxing getaway.

This is our second year staying at this house. Love the location, right on the bay, very peaceful and relaxing. The house has everything we needed and more. The kayaks, beach chairs and bikes are especially a “plus”. The house is very clean and well-kept.Great host to deal with as well. Highly recommend!

Amazing location

We were looking for a great spot near Cape May but quiet and away from crowds. This place was PERFECT for our needs! The bay is never out of sight and just steps away. The owner was super responsive before and during our stay. Highly recommend and plan to return!

This is the best property to stay at in the Villas; the entire house is labeled with where everything is and information labels. This house has everything to include bedroom sunsets and no need to bring anything but clothes and food. Looking forward already to another stay!

Great house and location! The kids enjoyed walking the beach and helping the horseshoe crabs back to the water every morning. The view from the upper deck is beautiful. Close to resturants and shopping.

Great House!

Very well appointed house. You could cook a gourmet meal easily with all the kitchen accoutrement. They thought of everything to make the house comfortable and guest friendly.

Perfect little getaway

Really great spot. So close to Cape May without the heavy price tag, but also a great little beach in the backyard. Relaxing and felt like home. The home was well equped with anything you could need from beach chairs, boogie boards and umbrellas, to kayaks ans bikes. Great local restaurants. Taco place on the corner was phenomenal.

Sunrises and Sunsets

This house right on the dunes was wonderful! It was immaculate and thoroughly stocked with everything! Communicating with the owners was easy and fast. We appreciated that tremendously.

Wonderful time away!

We had an amazing vacation with our family. The property/home is beautiful and amazing clean. It was obvious that the hosts are invested in your vacation experience. Little things like labeling the kitchen cabinets go a long way. The host was very communicative and gracious. We look forward to staying there again next year if possible.
