Mountainside is a quiet complex that borders the National Forest, Tenmile recreation trail, the Blue River bike path and is approximately five blocks from Main Street in Frisco. Frisco is a quaint, historic mining town with great dining and shopping opportunities, and is centrally located in the heart of Summit County and #2 Most popular ski resort in America, Breckenridge. With direct access to Copper Mountain, Keystone, A-basin, Beaver Creek, Loveland, Vail and much more!

The clubhouse has all the amenities needed to relax and enjoy: pool, 4 hot tubs, racquetball, laundry, tennis courts, and high-speed wireless internet connection. The unit also has high-speed Internet free 300+mbps.

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful and well equipped condo. It had everything we needed. Very updated and comfortable. Nice hot tubs at the clubhouse. An easy walk into town. We loved it and would highly recommend it.

Perfect location and amenities for our trip!! The property is very close to ski resorts and offers a swimming pool, great views through the back door, and a trailhead right up the street! The layout worked great for our family of 4. Communication with the host was near-immediate. The welcoming note and bottle of wine was appreciated, too!

Great weekend stay

The property was very nice and accommodated my family of 3 very nicely. The pool was a big hit with the kiddo and the location is perfect for quiet days and nights while being close to restaurants and ski resorts. Very easy parking and just a few steps and stairs to the front door.

Great Frisco stay!

Wonderful stay! Stef was amazing on helping us extend our stay with last minute weather. We loved the location near the trail and walking distance to about everything! The pool and hot tubs were big wins, too!

Lovely stay!!

My boyfriend and I stayed here while skiing at copper and had a great experience— the host was amazing, communicative and friendly and the property itself was clean and homey. I’d book again!

This is our 2nd time staying here, which should tell you we love this place. It was as great the 2nd time as the first. Easy access to garage, short walk to pool / rec area, walking distance to many great restaurants, and easy access to all the mountains. Highly recommended.

We loved the location of this condo since we were hitting two ski resorts. The condo is very comfortable, has all the necessities and communication was excellent!!

The host was excellent as was her communication. The unit was as described and the kitchen and living area very well appointed, clean and comfortable. The cleaning service could have done a better job with the throw rugs, as the bathroom rug was not clean and had what looked like some toothpaste gel matted into the rug. The deck had not been swept. Our stay was in summer and because there is no AC, we had a hard time staying comfortable with 2 small fans as the weather was quite warm during our time there. All in all, it was comfortable and perfect for our needs. We loved being able to walk to downtown Frisco, and the host was available and responsive.

Great location in Frisco if you are looking for a quiet spot next to nature and hiking trails, while still being a short walk to Main Street businesses and restaurants and very convenient to I-70. Our host was easy to work with, communicated well and made the stay really easy. Recommend.

Lovely Condo - Great Location

My husband and I had a very nice stay. It was comfortable and very clean. The place was beautiful and looked just like the photos. Centrally located between Breckenridge and Copper Mountain. We will be back!

Great location

Can't beat this location for multiple ski resort destinations. Clean, nice, good kitchen. Easy in/out of Frisco to I-70. Clubhouse/Community hot tubs and pool was great.

Convenient to Main Street and the lake

Lovely stay in Frisco. Unit is very conveniently situated. Host was great communicator. We did not use the pool/club house but had we stayed longer we would have.

March Ski Trup

We had a great stay. Property was clean and had a great kitchen. Location in Frisco was central to a number of ski resorts. Wine waiting upon arrival was an absolute plus after hours of travel. Owner is very communicative, which is the second plus. Will definitely stay at this property again.
