Open water on LBJ!! Great for family gatherings, or just a lake getaway.

This lakeside home is perfect for your next getaway! Situated on open water, there's plenty of room for friends and family to gather. Enjoy spacious rooms, relaxing outdoor decks, and all the comforts of home AT THE LAKE!

With six bedrooms and four bathrooms, you and your guests can spread out or come together. The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, dishware, and utensils. Bath and bed linens are also provided. Large charcoal grill for outdoor cooking.

Plenty of parking for guests, boat trailers, jet ski trailers, etc. Neighborhood boat ramp for easy watercraft put-in. NEW guest boat lift installed in 2021 (use must be arranged in advance of reservation).

Tough mudder stay

Absolutely perfect for our family.

We had a great time! We enjoyed the spacious home, soft sheets, comfortable beds, large kitchen island and plenty to do. Fishing, jet skiing, swimming, BBQ, and relaxing.

Fabulous family retreat

Wonderful property, lots of room for big gathering. Beautiful outdoor space, adults and kids loved jumping off the upper deck into the lake! Bonus for bird watchers - early morning visits from cardinals, ducks, geese, and a heron!

Family Lake Trip

Family time in Texas

nice property to get several adult children, their spouses and children, together. good access to the water if you have a boat. good communication with hosts. hope to return again sometime.

Relaxing Lake Trip

We love staying at this house for our lake trips with friends and family. It is always clean, well stocked with kitchen essentials, and the boat dock and lift is a huge bonus. We are repeat visitors and are looking forward to our next stay here.

The Best

We’ve been coming to Kingsland for over 30 years and this is hands down “The Best” lake house we’ve ever stayed in ! Clean, plenty of space, came as advertised, right price, and even great neighbors !! You can go wrong !

Great space for friends and family

Clean and spacious house laid out perfectly for big groups. Great access to the lake and plenty of outdoor space for cooking and hanging out. Great open kitchen for cooking and eating.

Another fun year

This is year #4 for us. We have absolutely no complaints. The best part is they allow us to have celebrations. We have a big family and lots of little ones. Everyone stayed entertained even when it rained. We will be back next year!

Family getaway

LOVED our stay. It was perfect for our family. The big trees keep the backyard area shaded during the day and the water is so pretty off the pier. The house is set up to accommodate big groups. It was so nice to spend time with family and stay in the same house. We would definitely stay here again.

This house was wonderful had a great time the owners were very responsive when we had a question .

Love the property the house was great plenty of room kitchen equipped with everything we needed and the beds were so comfortable we hope to come back and stay in this home in future years thank you so much for letting us stay there recommend this 10+ scale.
