Welcome to Lolli & Pops! This 4 bedroom home including a separate game room and two main living spaces is a perfect retreat for the entire family. Enjoy a day on the lake and head back to the house to share stories around the outdoor fire pit. This is a perfect spot for your family lake trip!

Relax and have fun while creating unforgettable memories with the whole family. This beautiful home is tucked away on a private canal perfect for a family getaway. There are two living areas, one complete with a fun bar while the other over looks the water.

The canal is a great tucked away space perfect for kayaking, fishing, and more. Ramp access and a dock with boat lift. Boat rental options are available nearby.

MAIN LEVEL:
There are two spacious living areas, kitchen, dining space with a table large enough to fit 10.

* Primary Bedroom 1 - King bed with full bathroom
* Bedroom 2 - Queen bed and Twin trundle with full bathroom (access from bedroom and main room).

UPPER LEVEL:
Bedroom 3 - Queen bed
Bedroom 4 - Daybed with trundle
Nook Space - 2 trundle beds and 1 twin. Perfect for the kiddos.

Bathroom - Jack & Jill bathroom with a bathtub/shower combo.

PLEASE NOTE: stairs are narrow and steep.

Sleeps 15 people plus parking for 5 cars.

Guests will have access to the main house, game room complete with pool table/ping pong table, canal and boat ramp (boat rentals available nearby). There is an accessible dock to keep your boat in the back of the house.

2 kayaks and 2 standup paddle boards available for use during your stay. The water in the canal is calm and perfect for relaxing. Boat ramp access is available nearby and plenty of space to dock your boat or jet skis in the water along the back of the home.

Access to the main lake by boat or kayak is approximately 300 feet from the home.

We are available any time before and during your stay if you have questions.

NOTE: FOR CHANNEL ACCESS to/from the main lake, there is a 6 foot clearance. You will need to LOWER your ski tower or bimini top.

A start-up supply of coffee, toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, and dish soap will be provided. The kitchen is fully stocked. There are a few spices available if needed. Bath towels and bed linens are provided. The guest is responsible for additional needs.

Suggested items to bring are life jackets, beach towels, extra paper goods, and ice. There is a grocery store 3.5 miles away. The large grocery store in Marble Falls has delivery service.

Quiet and relaxing getaway

We all really enjoyed our stay. The house provided an ideal location and set up to relax. We also enjoyed being able to rent a boat from in town and enjoyed being on the lake for a few days. Overall nice quiet location and great place to travel from to reach other places to visit like the wineries and Fredericksburg.

Great framily weekend

House was perfect! We loved the location! Kayaks and paddleboards were a great addition. We brought fishing rods and the kiddos had a blast catching fish in the canal.. very comfortable house !

4th of July Fun!

We loved our stay here! Lots of room! Perfect for a large group! We enjoyed just putting our tubes in the water and hanging out directly in front of the house! The kids really enjoyed the kayaks and paddle boards!

Great Friends Weekend

There was plenty of space for the 12 of us to hang out. The house was well stocked - plenty of supplies in the kitchen and plenty of toilet paper and towels in the bathrooms. We rented a boat one day and the rental place was very close by. We had a great time!

Super fun and fully stocked

What a pleasant stay! We loved the calm of being secluded but the convenience of access to the big waterway. And the place is fantastic for our large family. The water toys were a perfect way to enjoy the water and we rented a boat that was delivered and picked up directly from the Splash boat rental. Great experience!

Perfect for our family gathering

Beautiful, well-stocked rental was perfect for our weekend getaway!

We rented this awesome home for an August birthday celebration for several friends and family. The home was not only well laid out and very functional, it was the most well stocked rental I have ever come across. It had everything we needed. The rooms were all very nice and all the beds were very comfortable. It made our weekend celebration carefree and fun! I would definitely stay here again.

Great Modern home with all the amenities.

I really loved this place, it was exactly like the listing, but, all the little things made it great. The hammocks outside and the game room and basically having everything you would need to make your stay comfortable. The property owner was great and easy to reach. It was overall a amazing stay for our group of ten and would highly recommend it to anyone who wants to stay in the Texas Hill country and have a getaway. Go Longhorns.

Spacious, modern, well-equipped

Our First Annual Sibling Trip was a great success! This house has enough space for a dozen people. Very comfortable, peaceful, private and supplied with almost EVERYTHING! We didn't need half the stuff we brought. A short drive to Kingsland for groceries, and within an hour drive to many attractions. A wonderful getaway!
