Cozy and coinvent

This was the perfect spot for us, we came for a sporting event and it was just my wife and I. It was in a very safe neighborhood and was very clean and quiet after a long day away. We would stay here again and again it was just perfect. The communication with Bob and Lorrie was great and we really did not need anything more than what was provided by them already.

Perfect for Tuacahn

This was our 2nd time staying here and it’s just a perfect location in a really nice, quiet and safe neighborhood. The room is well appointed and very comfortable. Thank you again and we look forward to visiting again!

Perfect Location

This property was perfectly located. It was very clean and had all the amenities that we were looking for, pool, hot tub, parking. The room was a good size and the bed was comfortable.

Jersey Boys!

This was a fantastic get away. We came into town to see a show. It was close to the venue, had nearby restaurants and without the traffic of St. George. Room was very clean and had everything we needed. We will definitely stay here again when we come back to the theater.

Great experience

The room and bath was clean and was well stocked with towels. The bed was a Murphy bed and was very comfortable. Air conditioning and TV worked well. Instructions provided were clear and understandable. The only issue was that there were a number of fairly steep steps to the front porch and we had to park our car right next to some nut trees and then walk across a lawn and up the steps to access the room. We enjoyed our stay though and would like to book it on another trip to the area.

Close to Snow Canyon

The purpose of our trip was to hike with our dog. This property fit that need perfectly. Our favorite things were the location and comfort of the bed.

Comfortable stay in Ivins

First of all, this was super close to the medical school so it was perfect. They were very responsive to my inquiries. The room was very comfortable and a good relaxing return from the drive from Las Vegas and from the days work. If I return, I would look for this room again. Mahalo!

Perfect For Two

We were looking for short stay in Ivins and this property was perfect. It is clean, comfortable and cute. Bonus for us, it is located less than a mile from our destination.

Very clean with all the little extras that make traveling comfortable. There was a communication glitch about check in but once I messaged the host she responded very quickly with clear instructions. Would definately stay here again.

Bob and I moved from Southern California in 1994. We built our home here in Ivins UT. We have recently retired and enjoy traveling ourselves. We raised 6 children and now raise chickens and dairy goats, along with Bernice our beloved Burmese Mountain Dog. We love the outdoors and do a lot of traveling and remodeling. We like sharing our accommodations with others so that they might enjoy Southern Utah as much as we do.

If you want to just relax or enjoy an Adventurous Getaway we are the location for you. Our room is located in the quiet town of Ivins, just minutes from Snow Canyon and Tuacahn. Great Views of Red Mountain, Utah Mountain and Pine Valley Mountain.

Uniquely located near Snow Canyon and Tuacahn. Close access to bike trails, hiking, Indian petroglyphs, Art shows in Kayenta. Our newest feature is a Tesla charger available for a small fee. We are located away from the hustle and bustle, but close enough that it is just a short drive into St George where you can find many activities to enjoy. It is your own private space, with private entrance using a key pad. Plenty of parking off of the street in a very safe quiet neighborhood.
