Come and share our home away from home. The door to the patio opens to a beach view and is steps away from the condo's private beach access walk. It is well located in the city - close to a range of businesses on the beach and only 15 min from Historic downtown St. Augustine. Condominium Complex is having some construction, but they're no construction in the unit

As the condo is family owned you will be dealing directly with me, ReAnne. I grew up and still live in St. Augustine and am happy to do anything I can to make your stay memorable and comfortable. If you are looking for advice on what to do around town, just give me a call!

Toxic fumes upon arrival, 2 days to clear out, never again

Notified owner of toxic fumes, claimed moth smelling bags wasnt put there by them, took pictures was the major issue, other minor issues, beds need updated, never stay there again

Pirate Adventure

Our grandsons enjoyed the treasure hunt set up by our host. The condo was very well equipped, comfortable, and we had a great week. The 1st few days were extremely noisy due to construction on the building but that was due to no fault of the condo owner.

Lovely Condo near the Beach

The condo was clean and had a nice layout. My sisters and I had a wonderful time. The walk to the beach was easy and there were nice beach items in the condo to use (such as a beach wagon, chairs, etc.) There was a nice coffee maker (keurig) with a few pods for us. The owner responded to my questions by text immediately. We definitely recommend this condo to all.

Great experience

Our stay was fantastic. When I got home I couldn’t find a small jewelry box and called to see if they happened to find it in the condo. They answered immediately and stayed on the phone with me as the cleaning crew looked in the condo!

Good location. Could use some “sprucing up.” Owner easy to contact. Patio doors hard to open. Advertised as “handicap accessible,” we couldn’t get a wheelchair through bathroom doors, we made do for the short stay. Low toilets & no hand rails. It does have tile floors so getting in the living space was easy. Knowing all disabilities are different, but feel the owner should know this before advertising as such.

Good living space

Attention to detail when cleaning was missed. Washer had black oily substance/mold around door and ring-had to scrub it before using. Light over table extremely dusty. Dead roses in vase on counter. Water left in keurig. Slow draining shower in master bedroom. Blind slats missing. Second bedroom mattress uncomfortable-felt lumpy and hard. The space was nice, and overall clean, but there are things that need better cleaning and attention. No view of ocean-faces parking lot and Bldg next door, but easy walk from unit to beach.

Great family vacation

We enjoyed our stay. The beach is great, not overcrowded. Large condo. They provide everything you need for the beach. They even had a wagon to cart your belongings to the beach, umbrellas, and boards for splashing in the waves. There are plenty of stores and restaurants nearby. Overall great rental.

One of our best vacations

Lovely beachside condo complex

This condo was very nice. Clean and spacious. Close to the pool if you don't want the beach. The closet of beach supplies was a nice touch, too. Host was easy to communicate with. Would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful place close to the beach!

This is a great place to stay that is super close the beach. They had pretty much everything we needed to enjoy the beach. The pool is pretty much right out the front door too. We’d certainly stay again!

Needs Attention:

The location was a convenience, pool & parking. The interior needs some minor but necessary upgrades. There were a lack of outlets which were needed to charge devices. End tables are huge and could support lamps that rest on or have charging ports. Curtain slats are broken or missing.

Great Stay

The location is perfect, three minute walk to the beach and if you open the sliders you can hear the waves. Easy self check-in, comfy beds, and well equipped kitchen. Appreciated the nice touches such as laundry detergent, trash bags, dish soap, dishwasher tablets, paper towels, etc. The only negative is the beach gate code provided was incorrect. Luckily it didn’t take too long for someone to come along and open the gate for us and they also provided us with the correct code.

Perfect Family Stay

This condo was so spacious! The beds were very comfortable, the bathrooms were spacious, more than enough towels for an entire weeks stay, including beach towels, plenty of dressers, lots of dishes to be prepared for just about any type of meal, and all of the extras for a day at the beach or the pool, such as sand toys and pool noodles and beach chairs and a wagon - it is amazing how well stocked this condo was! Everything has been thought of! The couches were a little uncomfy only because they're vinyl, and so they've cracked with age and sometimes can scratch and pinch, but that honestly is my only complaint. I did miss having an ocean view, but with all of the extra amenities, that was quickly forgotten. It was really nice to sit out in the gazebo and enjoy my coffee one morning, the outside showers were always functioning when we came back from the beach, and the pool was fantastic as well, very clean and lots of lounge chairs. I would most definitely consider coming back to this condo again! In fact, an old high school friend came to see me while there, and she asked for the reservation info she was so impressed! A+++

Amazing vacation

For the second year in a row we LOVED this condo, location, and all of the special touches provided. It is the best condo we have rented in this area. We had a restful, amazing vacation.

Anastasia Condo 115 is owned by brother and sister, and St. Augustine natives, Ryan and ReAnne. We bought the condo for weekend family getaways and a home away from home for Ryan who is currently living with his family in Australia. ReAnne still lives in St. Augustine with her husband and children.
