I highly recommend this property! Location right by the community beach access and the pool was absolutely perfect! Todd was very responsive and even recommended Drifters for beach set up. The property was spotless and exactly as pictured. Definitely check this property out on your next trip to St. Augustine!

This was our second year in a row to stay here and we would return again! The condo is immaculate, contains everything you might need for a great beach experience, and is located in a great spot. With an oceanfront view, on-site pool, and yummy restaurants on either side and across the street you could spend the entire week here without the need to get in your car. Highly recommend!

This place is all we could have wanted and needed for this trip. We stayed 2 nights and it was perfect. Plenty of space for 4 Amenities were just as described. Location was great. Didnt need to drive anywhere as things to do and eat were within walking distance. Publix (our favorite place to shop ) was in 2 miles away Will definitely be back for another stay!!!!

The condo has been beautifully updated. It was very comfortable and perfect walkout beach vacation. We were able to walk to multiple restaurants which was a huge plus. We felt very safe and will definitely be back!

Beautiful well kept property. Nestled between Donut shop and Rita’s. Near many great restaurants. And yes, beach right outback. We look forward to returning.

Clean and great location. Had a few hiccups with the AC and dehumidifier. Made host aware that AC wasn't keeping up but we were due to leave soon. He did send someone on the day we were checking out. The unit is older and needs a new AC. Not fun having to empty dehumidifier 3 plus times a day.Would stay again if the AC is updated. Otherwise a great place.

Todd was a great host. He took care of a minor problem when we checked in. Condo needs a few repairs which I made Todd aware of. It was close to restaurants within walking distance.There is a white fence that partially blocks view of ocean but go can walk to beach. Beach chairs were nice .

This condo had the most absolute amazing view. Very convenient to restaurants and stores. Lots to do for children and the condo itself was very clean and had an open layout. Beds were comfortable. I will definitely return again.
