Marriott’s Shadow Ridge - Villages will be undergoing an interior villa renovation Apr. 27, 2026 to Nov. 19, 2026. Please anticipate construction noise during daytime hours. Amenities are expected to remain open.

Please note that the Roadrunner Pool will be closed for refurbishment from May 26 to September 11, 2026. During this time, the adjacent basketball and volleyball courts will also be closed. The Chuckwalla and Snakebite Pools are expected to remain open. Thank you for your understanding as we make this important update.

The resort confirmation will show the view designation and the villa will placed within that view category unless, in a rare instance the view will be noted as "not guaranteed" in which case the resort reserves the right to place the guest anywhere within the property. Issues regarding view within the guaranteed view category are to be addressed with the resort management as Concierge Realty is not responsible for villa placement.
