Perfect spot for attending a wedding with our family of 5. Great location, clean, comfortable & quiet. I can’t say enough about how well stocked & how nicely the kitchen was laid out. I was bummed that I didn’t get the chance to cook in it. Everything was in working order and not a single glitch, We appreciated all the interesting books, art and tasteful decor. Would definitely stay again if in the area!

Everything was great! Wonderful and generous host! Check-in was easy and the host was very responsive. Great location! I would absolutely stay here again in the future!

The house was perfect for our family of 5. Plenty of room to spread out. Kids loved the foosball table. Great location, close to everywhere we needed to be.

Cute house! Great variety of cooking implements. Close to lots of activities. Owner responsive and communicative if needed. Will be staying here again—our kids live near by and it’s nice to be able to eat together, play games and enjoy each other’s company!

This property is maintained excellently, and is in a fantastic location for quick access to downtown Tacoma. There is ample space for a large group to spread out, including a lovely backyard sitting area.

The house is spacious and well maintained, in a super location. The neighborhood is quiet and there is ample parking. We stay here regularly, and will stay again.

This beautiful home is conveniently located and well stocked. The kitchen is supplied with quality cookware, which is a big plus! I highly recommend this home away from home!

A great place to stay.

We loved the house, a remodeled Craftsman. Excellent furnishings, great kitchen. You can tell the owner invested a lot in the house. We would definitely come here again.

Wonderful time

Extremely clean and well stocked. Whether it was towels, bedding, or kitchen utensils and dinnerware, the home had everything. The backyard was inviting and comfortable. We can’t wait to rent it again.

This was a perfect location and a beautiful home. It was an easy walk to town and the neighborhood was very quiet and safe. Everything was clean, the bed was very comfortable and the owners provided excellent instructions and service. We left a computer bag after we left and they went above and beyond to ensure it was sent to us with care.

Great house

We really loved the house and the location! It’s in a nice neighborhood where we weren’t worried about taking our kids for walks, and there were even a couple stores/restaurants close by that we could walk to if we wanted. The kids loved their room, and they loved the games downstairs as well as the backyard. We’d stay again!

Everything is wonderful!

We loved this place. There is so much room and activities for the kids (we had 3 with us, 7, 10 and 12). The only negative is that there is only one shower but we knew that going in and made it work. We would definitely stay here again.

Spacious, well equipped, and conviently located

This was our second stay at this property and we would stay again. There is lots of space for a family or work colleagues and the kitchen is well equipped for cooking. There is a lovely outside seating area in the back, and it is about a 10 minute drive to the Convention Center.

We stayed in a historic home in Tacoma’s North End and absolutely loved it. The property is beautifully maintained, with all the charm and character you’d expect from a home with history. Inside and out, everything was clean, comfortable, and welcoming.The location is excellent close to great restaurants and just a short drive to the water. It made exploring Tacoma easy and enjoyable.If you’re visiting Tacoma, this home is a gem. A perfect mix of history, comfort, and convenience.

An Outstanding House in a Charming Neigborhood

This is great and well appointed historical house that has all the charm you could hope for. The "Grey House" is a great example of early 20th century architecture and it is conveniently located near all sorts of great shops and restaurants. If you're looking for an upscale home-away-from-home, this abode is perfect for you.
