So close to the beach!

Love staying steps from Frenchy’s and the beautiful beach!!! The place was quiet at night and family friendly. We loved it and would come again!

Great location!

The location of this condo is great - close to the beach, shops, and restaurants! It was very quiet at night, the pool was clean and warm, the beach chairs were so handy to have available and great quality. We enjoyed our stay.

Great Place On The Beach!

Great little place literally on the beach. Clean, nice pool, 2 minute walk to the beach, you are literally located in the public beach parking lot. Right behind Frenchy's on the beach. Within walking distance to many restaurants/bars/shopping.

Perfect location

This unit is in a great location - close to the beach and walking distance to restaurants, bars and shopping. The staff at Belloise Realty we're responsive and helpful. I will definitely recommend to friends and look forward to staying here again.

We had a great stay here. Very clean Suite with everything you need to stay as in towels, toiletries, linens, and many kitchen items. Loved being close to everything especially the beach, as we rented an Uber to and from the airport walking was a must for us. We will definitely stay here again.

Best location on the island

We loved our suite. We went on vacation 2 adults and 3 kids ages 12-16. The little Suite worked great, no issues. Very safe environment and the perfect location!! Will rent again!!!

★★★ Unit met needs but could use a serious update

This rental is in a great location and had everything we needed, but for the price, still needs major updates. There was water damage in the bathroom, a mattress that sagged in the middle, and insufficient lighting in the main room. Decorations and furniture are quite dated and many finishes (handles, etc.) have a lot of wear and tear and should be replaced.

First time to Clearwater Beach

Everything met our needs. The unit was just as described. We had a comfortable stay and enjoyed the convenience of having so many dining options and other activities within walking distance.

Had a wonderful stay

The condo itself was perfect for us. Clean , roomy enough for 2 loved the little side room .I wish it had a balcony but otherwise it was close to everything and it was clean. My only suggestion would be to paint the entryway and steps that area looked run down, pool area was clean and inviting.

Clearwater Beach Suites 204

The location was perfect. We were at the beach in a matter of just a few minutes. The site itself was clean. The room was spacious. The only negative was that the tv in the spare bedroom area didn't connect to the WIFI or the controller. Overall this was a great place to stay for my son's senior spring break.

Clearwater 5 Star Vacation

A hiccup at the beginning but the Management Team solved the issue ASAP. WHAT AN INCREDIBLE LOCATION, CONDO AND FACILITY. EVERYTHING WAS PERFECT. THANK YOU AND THE MANAGEMENT TEAM FOR MAKING OUR FAMILY VACATION ONE TO REMEMBER.

Great stay

The unit was perfect for what we needed. It was clean and nicely updated. The only negative is the water pressure in the shower is very hard and made a shower painful. Everything else great!
