Family roadtrip 2024

Oh my gosh we absolutely loved walking into this amazing cabin after several hours of driving. There was so much that we didn’t do because there was so much. The kids all enjoyed the hot tub and playing pool I enjoyed my cup of bourbon on the porch swing! The view was amazing! Even on the rainy day the view was still just perfect! Thank you so much for an incredible experience! 10 out of 10 would stay again!!

The name of the Cabin fits perfect!

Enjoyed our stay here at this cabin! It was relaxing sitting on the porch swing looking at the clouds. The cabin had everything we needed to be able to grill. Loved the acrade game, could of spent hours on there playing games I played as a kid! The master bedroom was nice waking up to seeing the mountains in front of you through the big windows. Me and my husband would stay here again!

The wasn't terrible. There are updates that are needed. There was a problem with centipedes crawling everywhere.

When me and my family would leave for the day , they would turn the air off. And it was so hot in the cabin . And there was rat droppings and rat traps. Well not use this cabin again

Overall this cabin was ok. I don’t believe I would book again

Unfortunately the cabin on the outside had trash everywhere when we arrived. It wasn’t exactly what you want to first see upon arrival. I could have lived with the trash in the wooded area but the trash around the hot tub from lack of good cleaning services was terrible. Unfortunately first impression is important and I wish it wouldn’t have looked this way.

Beautiful view!!

It was an amazing stay! It was so nice and relaxing and the view from the hot tub was beautiful! However, the plumbing was very poor and the toilets barley flushed. It was also fairly dirty.

Cabin on bluff mountain

I wish I could say I loved this cabin, but unfortunately we had so many issues. Some were resolved, however, some I never brought to the owners attention due to how many things I already had to text them about. The air conditioning wasn’t the greatest, it was either freezing or too hot. The gas grill had a hole in it so it barely worked, we ended up having to fry the rest of our cookout foods on the small gas burner in a skillet. The floors were black when we arrived, my 1 and 4 year olds feet were black by the end of the day and there were no cleaning supplies. We had bug issues, one of my family members swore they killed two roaches during our stay. My one year old found a cigar butt under the couch. The cleaning was terrible for us to have to pay cleaning fees. The internet password didn’t work that was on the router they had to text us one. Our refrigerator didn’t work at first, it took nearly 24 hours for it to get cold, we had to keep our baby’s milk froze until that time but they did bring us out a replacement. The shrubs need to be trimmed back, we couldn’t even get into our vehicles without brushing them each time and I think there was poison ivy in them too. The driveway was barely big enough for two vehicles. The water felt slimy, we didn’t use the hot tub but once for this reason. The listing looked much nicer than it did when we arrived. A lot was outdated and the location was terrible for my van to get up the hill. It was overall a nice cabin and we got the issues fixed that could be, but I wouldn’t want to stay here again. It was most definitely not big enough for the 6 of us.

BIG Mistake

I have pictures and videos. The dirtiest place I have ever rented from VRBO. My child got sick after being in the hot tub. The person that came to clean it said he told them not to purchase that brand, it makes a chemical for the first few months. The matresses are OLD with rips, the fridge has a smell, the floor is pulled up, trash all around the property including a crack spoon. The property manager says the owner refuses any refund even though we could not stay.

We Enjoyed Our Stay

We enjoyed our stay at this cabin. The views were really amazing and the cabin was quite cozy. The pool table, arcade cabinet, hot-tub, and balcony all offered time to unwind and just hang out at the cabin without having to go into town. Even when we did it felt great coming back away from society and just looking out across the mountains. Someone else made a comment about bugs. We did have a few bugs get in. This is the rural mountains and it's where they live so no big surprise to us. Management was friendly and check-in was super easy.

Not motorcycle friendly. very upset

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The cabin was in a great location and had wonderful views. The complaints that I have was with the condition of the cabin. It was extremely dirty. There were dead bugs all over the place. Additionally the hot water heater would only produce enough hot water to place 1 inch of water in the tub so my kids could not take baths. I mentioned this to maintenance and they tried to fix it but it still didn’t work. Like I said the views were wonderful and the location was great but we will not stay there again.

We loved A Walk in the Clouds!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, we loved the vacation to the great smokey mountains. We only stayed a few days and felt like we got a good cabin for what we paid for. You can not beat the views from A Walk in the Clouds. Upon arriving, we did notice garbage under the crawl space and around the cabin. We picked it up as we ventured around (except the crawl space). We figured it was past guests and possibly raccoons, but would of appreciated it being picked up before our stay. Overall the cabin was great. There were some maintenance issues that should be addressed. We aren't complainers, so I didn't call, but somebody else would probably cause a fuss about the following: 1) The area around the hot tub on the deck - there was a replacement piece, but it was loose. Also some foam put on the wall. Didn't seem like a great fix. 2) Upstairs bathroom had cardboard in the door to ensure the door would close and the bathroom shower had discoloration in sealing around tub - both easy fixes. 3) Kitchen - the microwave door was fried (unfortunate to get bad tenants!) and under the sink looks like there was some water damage covered with cardboard. 4) Downstairs bedroom had an iron burn in carpet (again unfortunate to get bad tenants) 5) I emailed inquires@ and got no response about how to redeem free passes, if there was a pool (pool code was in app), and if we were going to get a door code. I never got a response. Having this info and when you would receive information before arriving would help communications. Great things - 1) the view, the view, the view 2) the hot tub was great to have, even though too hot for us even at night :-) 3) Great entertainment with pool table and games 4) Cute decor with the love of chickens! 5) Comfortable beds (thought downstairs bedroom could of used bigger pillows) 6) all the comforts of home - well stocked 7) When I called about grill having no gas, EC was on it and came right

Walk in the Clouds Rental

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This rental was not up to standards I am accustomed for stays in the Pigeon Forge area. The photos showed a nicely groomed landscape and what we found was high weeds that we couldn't get out of our vehicle without brushing them each time. Snakes and ticks are a concern when brushe is so thick. The TVs in the bedrooms did not work. The wifi did not work. The unit was not well cleaned with cob webs in closets and corners. There was mouse droppings on tables and the floor. This was by far the worst rental I have ever stayed in. We called the office to let them know the wifi and tvs did not work. No one ever showed up to take care of that. If this is consistent with Eden Credit's rental practices, I will not rent from them again. Very dissatisfied!

The Mouse House

I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: First let me say that the location and the view were excellent! The cabin needed a lot of work and is very outdated. The toilets only flushed half the time, the sofa was very uncomfortable (need a new one), we were kindof afraid to get in the hot tub together for fear of crashing through the floor of the deck which looks to be rotting. We were going to grill out one night but had no gas in the tank. The flooring on the first floor was peeling up. Last but not least the house has mice. We left for dinner and came back to mouse droppings all over the counters, stove and sink. They got into our cookies that were on the counter and ruined the whole pack. My husband threw them away and my daughter was woken up that night to the mice in the garbage. My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed your cabin we stayed in a couple of years ago so that's why I used Eden Crest for this stay. Now I'm not sure if I will be a return customer. Thank you! PS - Your staff needs to be better trained on the ins and outs of the passport to paradise. You DO need a card or a card emailed to you to use for the shows, putt putt, ice cream, restaurants, etc.

Not so great experience

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Execpt the view nothing seems to be good in this property. It was mentioned that this property can accomodate 6 people, but its so small that even 4 people cant stay here. The kitchen is very small and they didnt provide any proper utensils to cook.
