We had a great stay. Loved the location, which was easy walking distance to downtown Grand Lake and minutes to a good launch point for our paddleboards. The apartment itself was quiet and comfortable and had everything we needed.

I really don’t like giving negative reviews, but I feel obligated to let potential guests know. Unfortunately, the condo was dirty. The carpet is old, stained and dirty. The tile floors were grimy and sticky. There was ash and hair in the second bathroom, and one of the twin bed covers had a big stain in the center of it. I slept on top of the other bed with my sleeping bag. The dishwasher has a sign that says it may leak a little. It didn’t leak, fortunately. The condo could definitely benefit from some updating and a thorough cleaning. Additionally, I spotted a mouse crawl under the door just outside the kitchen.

We enjoyed our stay! Close to downtown Grand Lake, hiking, the entrance to RMNP and an easy drive to Granby, Fraser and Winter Park. The whole area is so beautiful! Hope to return again.

The house was perfect for our needs. Located close to RMNP and several trail heads. Restaurants were close by and a corner grocery store was walkable. The only complaint we had was the beds made noise every time you moved-a bit annoying. The living areas were comfortable and laid out very nicely.

Grand Lake Visit

We loved our visit to Grand Lake, adorable Lake community with plenty of things to do. The condo was perfect for our needs, we enjoyed family who lives in the same complex, so it was very convenient. We plan to come back soon!
