I have visited several houses in Destin. This was the very best one! Very close to everything you need. We really enjoyed our stay. The seven of us will be using this property againThanks to a wonderful host. Out girls trip was great!!!

Clean house, host was very understanding and helpful, pool was always clean and warm. Very close to ball fields we had to be at.

Great Stay!

The property was great. All was within a short drive of everything. In addition, the beach is just an easy 6 minute walk away. Overall, this was a great stay!

We had a great experience at relax by the beach townhome! Very clean with updated TVs in every room. Ainslie was extremely helpful and attentive through our stay. Location is perfect, close proximity to the beach and local shopping and restaurants.

Sunny porch gets afternoon sun

Great location near the beach and walking distance to many great restaurants. Nice pool area and quiet. We enjoyed our time

Property was beautiful. Close to everything you need: beach, shopping and dining! The host is great with communication. Had a minor hiccup and they addressed it right away. Will definitely stay there again!

Great place to stay

We loved this townhome and it was nice to make it our own home for a few days. The kids loved the bunk bed room and we all enjoyed the porch swing. Walking to the beach was a little far with young children (most beaches were private) so we ended up driving to a public beach and it was a great area. Ainslie was very responsive to any questions we had. Great host, great property, great location!

Girls trip

Loved it...beautiful area...clean....looking forward to another stay but really expensive for just 2 nights...too early for check out...not considered a 3 day because have to check out too early

Fishing with the boys

This location is perfect if you need a local place to stay if you going deep sea fishing. Close to the docks. Right across the street from a grocery store. Clean, user friendly.

Beautiful place to stay. All of your shopping needs is close by. The only downside is that it’s too far of a walk to the beach for small children. We thought that we found a fairly close beach access called Barracuda Beach, but when we got there, we was surrounded by private beaches and we was told that we had to go all the way down where the Crab Trap was at. Other than that, this is a great place to stay.

Destin Gem

I travel to Destin 2-3 a year with my family. This was my first time staying off resort/hotel grounds. The property was perfect, clean and in the middle of everything! The host so graciously allowed us a late check out and was very responsive with messaging. I would give this property 1,000 stars

We were visiting for a Family Reunion and stayed for a few extra days. There was plenty of room for my family. The rental was clean. Noise from the neighbors was minimal, extremely quiet; no loud music at night. Loved the kitchen. Cooking in saved us a bundle. Especially loved the ROKU TV. My son and I brought our ROKU sticks, so it was like being at home. The couple of times I called Ainslie, he answered the phone promptly. He's a great host! We look forward to visiting Destin again and reserving this unit.

It was amazing, the condo is fully stocked with pots, pans, plates utensils glasses cups. The beds were very comfortable we really enjoyed our stay and loved hanging out on the patio swing! The owners were very responsive and helped us if we had questions. Thank you for having all the beach toys and floaters too, you guys thought of everything! Our recommendation for travelers is to pre book your day at the state park nearby only 6 per carload cause parking at the beaches which are about 4 blocks is about a 10-15 minute walk and spending 23 for 4 hours of parking and the plus side about the state park is lots of room with covered eating are and showers and bathrooms.

My cousins and I really enjoyed our stay! Very easy check in and check out process. Walking distance from beach and nearby coffee shop Camille’s which we LOVED. There was not a projector in downstairs room as listed but we did not mind at all because we were there to enjoy the sun! Everything was extremely clean. If we ever go back to Destin we will book here again!

Perfect location for our needs

Owner was very responsive with answers to questions. The location is close to restaurants, activities, and the wedding venue we were attending. Pool was perfect for our littles. We particularly wanted a rental with 2 king beds and this property offered that! We had an 18 month old with us. The master closet offered a perfect private space to put the pac n play for bed time.

Perfect

I went with my 2yo, 4yo, husband, my parents and my husband’s parents. The whole condo was very clean and welcoming.. each bed was comfortable and each room had everything you needed and almost everything you could want! It’s close to everything.! I highly recommend both this location and property manager!!

Awesome time!

We had a great week at this property! The manager is great and very easy to talk too. The check in process is easy and standard. The great thing is there are two bedrooms on the bottom and one on the top floor making it easy for all the teens to be downstairs and adults to be upstairs. Beach is like an 8 minute walk!
