Communication throughout was absolutely flawless; we genuinely appreciated the time she took to answer all our questions, check in with us, and make our stay enjoyable despite it occurring during the first nor'easter of the year. The house is lovely and extremely convenient to multiple desirable places in the area, and the neighborhood is quiet and relaxing. The little amenities made it feel like home. We really regret not being able to visit the beach, but the storm surge had other plans.Our only issue was the access to the house, which was via either a mix of beautifully landscaped slate, gravel, and timber stairs, or a short set of slate steps leading to deck stairs. Both options were difficult to navigate for my elderly mother (who ended up preferring the deck stairs because of the hand rails), especially due to the rain, but the younger members of our group had no issues. This would absolutely not prevent me from booking the house again, and all the members of my group agreed.Overall 1000 out of 10!

Large, clean home that worked well for adult travelers attending a family reunion in Sandwich. The property includes a lovely back deck. The neighborhood is attractive, and it is a slightly hilly half mile walk to the nearest beach (gorgeous). The house is located just off a very busy road which could be noisy at times, but offered convenient access to the grocery store.

Wonderful place to stay!! We came with our two littles (ages 1 and 4) and both sets of grandparents--this place was just right for us. Quiet neighborhood with a short drive or walk to a magical beach with beautiful rocks to collect and gentle waves. It was nice to have wifi and AC at the house, and the kitchen was great for us to do some light cooking. The deck was also so nice to sit on in the mornings or let the kids play. Host was very kind and responsive. Would definitely come back!!

The entire home was very clean and comfortable. The eat-in kitchen was large and well appointed with cooking tools. The central air conditioning was excellent. We booked our stay so we could attend a multi-day music festival. We found the location very convenient as a base while touring the area. The host let us know she lived nearby if there were any issues during our stay and we our privacy was respected.Overall, our experience was excellent.
