We had a great stay at the cottage. This place had everything that we needed and the location was very convenient for our visit to downtown and the Biltmore. I definitely recommend staying here if you want a quiet and clean place for your family when visiting Asheville.

The place was a very clean very nice place. Close enough to everything and far enough away to not hear the noise. Would 100% recommend this and will definitely stay here again.

We have stayed here before. We have family in Asheville and use VRBO whenever we visit. The house is exactly as advertised. We didn't want for anything while we were there. The house is not far from anything in Asheville. The area to get to and around the house is gorgeous and very relaxing. Arrival and departure instructions are clear and accurate.

Lovely older home decorated with charming country accents. Loved the front porch swing and the fireflies made the trees sparkle at night. The hosts are super nice and very helpful. Thoroughly enjoyed my time there and would definitely go back again.

Robena’s Place is the perfect central hub for exploring Asheville. It is a sweet mountain cottage, but you can be at Biltmore Village or downtown in a matter of minutes, and be at Pisgah or DuPont within an hour. Our family of 4 had plenty of room, and we especially loved the farm style kitchen (with everything you need for meal prep and cooking) and the special touches like fresh flowers in each room and chalk board with area recommendations. Communication with the host was excellent.

The best stay we have ever had! We absolutely adored this house and plan to come back one day. The house is only a 10 min drive or so to downtown Asheville so that was super nice. The house felt so cozy.

The property is situated in a perfect location, just minutes from downtown Asheville, the Biltmore or jumping on the Blue Ridge Parkway. What makes it stand out over other local properties is that the location is in a rural area so no traffic, a relaxing front porch with a swing and chairs to look out to the mountain. We were only in town for a long weekend so we didn't have a chance to enjoy the firepit or play corn hole but if you were staying longer this home would be a great place to come back to at night and enjoy relaxing or playing games with friends and family. Beds were comfortable and having two bathrooms made getting ready in the morning quick. If you visit this fall make sure to take in the Luminere show at the Biltmore -- it was excellent. Dinner at Nine Mile never disappoints! Check out the Folk Art Center on the BRP, always worth a visit.

Loved our visit at Robena’s place. Super comfy beds, nice porch. Convenient to AVL, Black Mountain and the Blue Ridge Parkway. Highly recommend!

Host was easily contacted and quickly responded to questions. Robena’s place was quaint and perfect for our needs. Host even left us some surprises which were great “delighters” and much appreciated!
