The house was adorable and very clean. The owners have thought about every need you may have for your stay . Great communication and they have a little binder on the tv stand in the living room with lots of local recommendations for food and entertainment. I highly recommend this property

I can’t recommend this beautiful house enough! Its proximity to all area attractions is perfect! The home itself feels like they brought the art district inside and out! The communication and check in was excellent! Do yourself a favor and book this place! Thanks for a perfect visit to Asheville!

Great experience. The house has everything you need and Sue is super helpful and communicates quickly. She gave great recommendations for restaurants in Asheville.

Best stocked pantry and kitchen of anywhere we've stayed. Nice location in quiet area but still close to Biltmore and downtown. Interior design is lovely. Great communication with host. Definitely recommend.

This home is even better in person and suited our needs perfectly. Everything we needed for holiday dinner was already there. The landscaping made for some really great spring family photos.

We have stayed in dozens of rentals over the years and this one stands out as one of, if not the best of all. When we look at all of the positives: quiet peaceful location, relaxing garden like outdoor space, extremely organized, nicely stocked, comfortably furnished and very tastefully decorated, we would give more stars if possible. Since we have family in the area, we are already looking at dates to book this home again for next year. If you are planning a stay in Asheville, you can stop searching. This is a gem. Book it!

Amazing. Lovely property inside and out. Loved all the details including the fully supplied kitchen and amazing outside space. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms had everything needed. Thank you for the great local recommendations too. Perfect place to stay to visit biltmore estate and Asheville.

17 Zane Cove Road exceeded all our expectations! We had a girls weekend in Asheville and picked this great home. Everything inside was perfect. The owners had absolutely everything stocked and prepared for us! The place is simply amazing! Exceptionally clean and convenient for everything Asheville- The owner took great care in picking all the furnishings and art for guests!It was a wonderful experience and we will stay there again!

We loved our stay! The house was very clean, beds were super comfortable, and the check-in/out process was simple. The host was incredibly friendly and provided several excellent recommendations as well. They added several extra's that made our stay that much better. We will definitely be back!!

This place was perfect for our weekend watching our 1 year old granddaughter. The house is adorable, well furnished and stocked with baby items which was an added bonus. We loved being in a more open area, which was very peaceful. Listening to the birds, and seeing deer and even a bear was really awesome! We appreciated that it was close to downtown and the Baltimore, both fun places to venture to. Susan was fabulous to work with—very, very responsive and friendly. We definitely recommend this place and would stay again if we get back to Asheville. Thank you Susan!

Perfect Stay for our Quick Trip

The house was very cute and exactly as advertised. Everything was basically brand new, super clean, comfortable beds. We only stayed Friday & Saturday nights while in town for a soccer tournament but if we ever find ourselves returning, we would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful Home

Everything about this cottage exceeded our expectations! The kitchen was well stocked! The best we have ever experienced! The beds were very comfortable and plenty of seating in the living room!

The hosts go above and beyond to anything you need. The house is very nicely decorated, a true cozy, artsy Asheville retreat. Tons of detail. Everything you need for a comfortable stay... STOCKED kitchen and they do a great job of thinking of things you might need. Great layout and very comfortable. Location is very good yet at the same time is set out of the way and quiet.

Great property!

We had 4 generations visiting Asheville (great grandma, grandma, mama, and toddler). This property was perfect for us! It was even better than the description listed! So convenient to Asheville and surrounding area. Will definitely stay there again in the future!

Our group of 5 loved this home! My favorite VRBO to date! Beautifully appointed, lots of supplies, very clean, and communication with host was great. Highly recommend!

Susan was a great host and very responsive. She provided so much detail about the Asheville area, including restaurants and other places to visit that were not tourist destinations. The house very clean and amply stocked, from shower soaps to coffee supplies. The house decor was crafty and different. It gave us so many ideas on how to use items for decor that we already possess. We loved the location, it seemed like no matter where we wanted to go, we were only 10-15 minutes away. We were near Biltmore Village and downtown. The Sweeten Creek community offered antique shopping, tap rooms and coffee shops. On my next visit, I will definitely check to see if Susan's property is available.
