Hi Sara, Thank you for staying with us and for taking such great care of the home while you were here. When you all first inquired about booking this home we did tell you that only two vehicles were allowed due to the homeowners association rules and we do have this printed in the listing as well. We will absolutely check the home for non connectivity areas, thank you for letting us know this. We look forward to your return to Villa Royale! The Frangista Beach Properties Team

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're sorry that certain aspects of your stay did not meet your expectations. Regarding the posted rules and reminders, these are not intended to make guests feel watched or monitored. This is a well-maintained, pristine gated community, and the rules help preserve its appearance, cleanliness, and peaceful atmosphere—qualities many of our guests specifically appreciate. The reminders are simply intended to make expectations clear, prevent fines and prevent misunderstandings regarding community requirements. We understand that some guests may prefer fewer reminders, but these guidelines are an important part of maintaining the standards of the property and community. We apologize for the inconvenience with the hot water in the main-level bathroom. This issue has been resolved. We also investigated the concern regarding what appeared to be mold on the porch. After inspection, we determined the substance is algae, not mold. We understand why its appearance was concerning and will have the area properly addressed. We are also replacing the rug. We appreciate you bringing these concerns to our attention. While we’re disappointed the home was not the right fit for your expectations, we will continue working to maintain the property and uphold the community standards valued by both the homeowners and our guests.
