We truly enjoyed the beautiful views out to the river and our stay. The house is very big and spacious perfect for large groups...

Family Getaway Gem

The place was ideal for our small family reunion. Plenty of sleeping space. Perfect large main room with fireplace well stocked with games for bringing everyone together. Swimming hole is truly exceptional and the river was great for wading and exploring. If you're seeking an easily accessible nature getaway then this place will impress. Plan accordingly for no wifi and poor cell reception, but this was more of a feature than a bug. The property is very well managed, very receptive, friendly and reachable. I highly recommend this location.

Family memories

We have known about this property for 20 years but stayed here for the first time this past summer. I have not been on many trips where the stay exceeded my expectations but this place is the best. Perfect property for quality family time without tv, electronics, Wi-Fi etc. and the best swimming hole. In our family we always steal a life is good tagline “the best things in life are not things.” You will love this place and create lifelong memories.

Michael, I am so pleased to hear that you and your family and guests enjoyed Fuller Camp so much. Sometimes it takes newbies a day or two to adjust to the “1920s Boy Scout camp“ feel of the place, as it was recently described by a new guest. We intend to keep it that way! Please come again.

Best place I’ve ever stayed at by far

Gorgeous, private, clean and peaceful. The pictures don’t do it justice. Two houses with plenty of room for big families and dogs allowed. Private section of river that opens up wide for good swimming with small sandy area for kids to play. Very clear water. The rock formations carved through the river were amazing along with a nice rock slope that can be used as a natural patio. House was gorgeous with a big living room area and big screened in porch overlooking the river. We didn’t wanna leave and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a place with a big group.

Diamond in the Rough

Check-in was simple as can be, and owner was responsive and helpful. But...To be honest, the property was a concern at first. We're not picky but I can't say the same for everyone coming to stay...It was old, somethings were damaged (nothing major, just some screens and some windows didn't open) and the furnishings were old and pretty shabby. The bedrooms were 1930's boarding house vibes and I wasn't sure how it would be received. But within a day it became part of the charm strangely. The main living room was charming, spacious and absolutely perfect for games around the fire. The porch was an awesome place to relax. The classic White Mountain camp feel was, like I said charming in a way and really became part of the character. There were actually two houses completely separate, with it's own facilities that was perfect for the group and there was ample space. The one negative I can think of is the furnishings in the living room of the small house were so shabby to almost be unusable; but to be honest we almost spent time sitting in there so it didn't really matter The real star of the property is the river. I have been EVERYWHERE in the WMNF and I can easily say it is one of the finest swimming holes I have ever seen and it's completely private. If this was publicly accessible there would be 100+ people there everyday. All in all I would definitely recommend staying and would happily do so again. The only suggestion for a change is the owner snag even some 2nd hand sofas for the Bog House, other than that everyone loved it.

Tech Free Getaway

The property is great and as advertised. No wi-fi, no cell service, no TV. Plenty of room for a large group and right on the river. Perfect for swimming. There is no AC but it cools down at night. The house is rustic but comfortable.

Excellent riverside stay!

Being from New York I would never find myself in New Hampshire to discover a place like this. The Fuller property has an brilliant rustic charm to it! This riverside stay is very peaceful and the sound of running water is soothing. This is a perfect getaway for for people looking to spend quality time with one another. I look forward to coming back in the future and potentially making it a yearly experience!
