I was there for the Standhope Ultra Challenge

This was comfortable and quiet, had all of the amenities I needed. I loved the location. I'll look to use this again in the future.

Great location

We spent 4th July weekend in this cozy condo. Even though it was a busy weekend the units were quiet and very conveniently located within walking distance of the town and gondola. The condo had everything we needed and we were very comfortable.

We had a fantastic weekend here. Great for a family of 3! The kitchen has lots of dishes and pans for in-house meals. The bathroom supplies are plentiful with tissues, soaps and extras. We love the layout where our teenager can go up to the loft while we’re on the main floor. This unit is on the second floor, parking is easy, and access to the river trail is nearby for biking and walks. We enjoyed the patio for one morning coffee. Easy to walk or drive into town. Next time we hope we’ll enjoy the pool and hot tub but we ran out of time this trip.

Ketchum Condo

The property was amazing. It was just my wife and me and another couple...so the two bedroom/two bath configuration met our needs perfectly. The stairs to the upstairs bedroom were a little tight and the ceiling in the upstairs bedroom was a little low, but other than that we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Perfect place

Great location! Walking distance to food and shops and fishing the river. Loved the bike path being so close for morning runs. Just an hour drive to Stanley for some amazing hikes and whitewater rafting.

Always perfect

This year was a little different we changed the days at the last minute and Peter was very accommodating. The place is always perfect and I love Ketchum. So easy to walk into the center of town or up the mountain I would recommend this place to everyone. My third time staying in this unit it’s probably my favorite.

Great location and view of the mountains.

We thought it was just right for our stay in Ketchum. Nice size. Easy to get in and out. Everything worked properly. Clean and very quiet. We enjoyed watching the hummingbirds flying around the back deck.

Everything you need for an awesome Sun Valley vacation

It's all about location and amenities. This condo is just a few blocks from downtown Ketchum. Walking / biking distance to everything. right near the bike path. Unit is clean, nice mattresses and has everything you will need. Walking distance to the market for any missed supplies. The condo is ready for some updates but is not lacking anything. Clean and comfortable. This is our 3rd or 4th stay and we will be back again.

Functional Condo

We enjoyed staying in this condo in Ketchum. It is very functional without a lot of fluff. It is clean, comfortable and warm and located close to lifts and town. Decor is very simple but still met our needs. One area to note is that the upstairs bedroom has a sloped ceiling so if you are tall this may be cumbersome or if you don’t like tighter spaces this may bother you. This condo is a great deal for the money and you won’t be disappointed with the location to the mountain or the town of Ketchum.

My wife and I are from Maine. We vacation in Ketchum as much as we can for skiing, hiking and fishing. We love the close proximity to the River Run Lodge and Gondola and all that downtown Ketchum has to offer. Sun Valley and Ketchum have become some of our favorite places in the country and we hope you enjoy them as much as we do.
