Three Bedroom / Two Bathroom FULLY FURNISHED Home (sleeps 9, comfortably sleeps 6 people). Sleeping accommodations include one king size, one queen, and two twin beds. (additional sleeping: 1 queen sleeper sofa, 1 twin sleeper chair)

The house was awesome for our "guys" weekend of college football to see the Georgia Bulldogs. The house was great and the communication with the owner was spectacular. We can't wait to come back for another Bulldogs game and stay at this rental.

Perfect Game Day Weekend

Great house on the outskirts of Athens. 10 min Uber to downtown and stadium. Perfect for our game day weekend. Everything that we wanted and needed! Will definitely consider staying again in the future.

Graduation Rental

We had a great time at this rental with family and friends. Nice house with lots of space. Provided us with a great weekend during our daughter's graduation from UGA. The house was close to everything!!! Great experience!

Family Trady

Our family has Dawg fans and Mizzou fans. Whenever Mizzou comes to Georgia we rent this house. It is perfect for our family. Lots of room and home comforts. Cheryl is always helpful and we love our welcome bottle is wine. We had all ages 4-60 and everyone was happy. There's ready access to Sanford Stadium, grocery stores and restaurants. Highly recommended. Great New grill, too! We will be back.

Stayed here for the UGA/Notre Dame game. Loved the back deck with the TV! Easy Uber ride to downtown.

Great property for family gatherings!

We loved this property from the minute we pulled into the driveway. The attached garage/carport was so handy for loading and unloading tailgating supplies. We also loved the huge living room with the gas fireplace. It was plenty big for all of us to be comfortable and socialize. The rooms were well equipped with TV's, towels and plenty of bedding. The whole home is well kept and we will definitely be back!

Comfortable and cozy house in a quiet location near everything

Clean. Great outside deck. All the necessary amenities. Very pleasant and helpful owners. Never had to contact them for anything as everything was taken care of and perfect.

Perfect place to stay in Athens!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Cheryl's house for our son's graduation from UGA! It was clean, spacious, and we loved the covered porch! Cheryl was wonderful to work with and had everything we needed and then some for our stay. Thank you so much for everything, Cheryl!

Excellent property

We found this home to be an excellent property which exceeded our expectations. The location is in a quiet neighborhood, yet only a few miles from the event we attended. There are plenty of restaurants, shops and entertainment nearby, but if you bring your food, the home contains all the amenities necessary to stay right there and enjoyed the blooming dogwoods for the entire visit. The property owner was great to work with and always provided a prompt response.

Enjoyed our stay!

My son got married at the Thompson House and we rented this lovely home for the weekend. The groomsman and groom enjoyed a light lunch on the beautiful deck before heading out to the wedding. It was perfect for my family and friends to enjoy time together. Close to Athens but in a quite setting to relax. I would highly recommend this home. Owners were very accommodating!

Home away from Home

We really enjoyed ourselves in this calm and peaceful neighborhood. We loved the deck and relaxed atmosphere. Owner was very friendly and a pleasant. This is the place to visit. I also recommended family and friends to stay. This was truly a home away from home experience.

"good old country comfort"

The home surpassed our expectations. Home has many updated amenities. Property is located in an established quiet neighborhood minutes from Athens. Very peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. Owner was exceptionally nice. we have already recommended the home to several friends Will definitely stay again in the future.
