Fabulously positioned renovated beach house only a 600m stroll to the beautiful bay beach and 2kms to the back beach! Dog friendly! Quiet court location.
1.6km to the Blairgowrie cafes and a short drive to Sorrento or Rye.

North facing backyard with grass and paving. Outdoor setting, new weber style BBQ perfect for summer living.

Cozy wood fire for the cooler months. Three bedrooms available, 2 with brand new Queen beds/plush mattress and 1 with 2 single beds. Linen and towels provided. Pls bring your own beach towels
Work/study desk in all 3 bedrooms.

Well-equiped, clean, comfortable cottage with great enclosed yard for children or pets. Lovely touches like chocolates on arrival & basic supplies. Very comfortable beds. We would happily stay again

This was a very cute, small but comfortable house. The yards were well fenced, with some lovely shady trees at the back.We sat outside in the shade with our dogs, who were very comfortable.We really enjoyed our stay.

Great Property for a Break Away

This property has everything you need, is comfortable and bright, and well-located in the Rye area. Walking distance to the beach was a real bonus. We loved our stay and look forward to returning. Thanks Michelle!

Perfect house for a fantastic beach getaway!

Host was attentive, house was clean and tidy. Fully fenced yard, great for our small dog. Short stroll to beach and 5 mins drive to Blairgowrie shops.

Absolutely fabulous guests! Christine and her family including their groodle stayed for 4 nights over the summer holidays and our house and yard was left perfectly clean and tidy. Christine was super easy to communicate with polite and considerate and I would most definitely love to host this lovely family again anytime!

Loved it!

It is in an ideal.location, great fenced off yard for furry companions, very clean, neat and the fire place is beautiful during the cold nights.

Cosy beachy cottage

Great location, easy beach stroll to shops and cafes; clean, well appointed and very cosy with great fire and comfy beds! Michelle is a wonderful host, very easy to communicate with and our doggie enjoyed the secure gardens. Will happily rebook!

It was a pleasure hosting Cheryl and her daughter for some rest and relaxation in a very busy year! Communication was lovely and easy and the house left clean and tidy. Perfect few days away

Hawaii Sands is a beautifully kept house not too far from the beach, the local cafe's and IGA. This was our first holiday with our Cavoodle pup, so the fully enclosed property was perfect. Our host, Michelle, was lovely and was always there if we needed any help.

Por qué eligió esta propiedad

I love our house because it is fully renovated, light , bright and a 600 metre easy walk to the beautiful front beach that is dog friendly and very peaceful and quiet most of the year. Our house is in a quiet court location. I love the Blairgowrie cafes and restaurants that are only a 15 minute walk for coffee in the morning or dinner at night. The back yard is flat/grassed and large enough for kids cricket and great for BBQ,s too. Fully fenced to keep our cavoodle safe.
