This comfortable and spacious house is suitable for anyone looking to spend time down on the Mornington Peninsula.

Unlike most other accommodation our rates are based on the number of people so if there are only two of you thats all you pay.

Tootgarook is a quiet suburb nestled between Rye and Rosebud with shops, takeaways and cafes only minutes away.

Walking distance to a beautiful bay beach with everything at your fingertips. Winery's, golf courses and restaurants including Peninsula Hot Springs and Spa.

Discuss pet option with owner

There is plenty of space for 4 cars and a boat on the property.

Bond is only required for bookings 7 days or greater or in special circumstances.

Older style house but very spacious for our girls weekend away (3 of us). Master bedroom has own toilet & hand basin which is a bonus. Sunny front porch.

We arrived fairly late on the Friday night and Karl had kindly left the heater on for us before we arrived which we were very grateful for as it was very cold and dark when we arrived. The house was very accessible to the hot springs and Hotels/clubs and a short walk to the beachThanks for having us.

Well positioned to everything, very comfy beds and best part is you can take your furbabies. Highly recommend. Karl was lovely to deal with.

Terrific stay at a full house with fully fenced back yard for the dogs. Had everything (and more!) that I needed. In a great location and quiet neighbourhood. Karl was very accommodating and a good communicator. Good value for money.

Great place to stay

We had a wonderful long weekend in Tootgarook. Perfect location for the nearby beach and exploring the peninsula. Karl was a great host and so helpful and easy to contact.

Was a beautiful and spacious place in a very quiet area even though it is close to everything i would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful stay. The chook that was in the backyard from next door was a laugh as our dog was scared of it

We were met by Karl at the property , he lives behind it. He was friendly & welcoming & showed us through & had heater going & showed us how things worked. Its a nice set up, walking distance to beach and everything we needed.

Comfortable and great location

The property is clean, lots of beds and a lovely spacious lounge room. Lovely safe yard for the dog. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would highly Recommend recommend.

Lovely spot, cosy and welcoming

Karl was a perfect host. The house is well equipped and the beds are very comfortable. We had a lovely stay, it's a great location and the local beach is beautiful.

My husband & I stayed with our 2 x little dogs & enjoyed our stay. The house would be perfect for a family in summer! Well equipped & a lot of space. Karl was really lovely & easy to deal with.
