The majority of the properties in the Winter Park area do not have A/C due to the cooler climate. The resort base closes during the off seasons in the spring and fall but the downtown area remains open year round. Great property, awesome location.

My wife and I stayed here for a quick weekend getaway for our anniversary. It was a great place and close to everything you need in Winter Park. Loved the coffee shop under the unit too.

Overall, very satisfied. The unit was clean and the location was great. The bedrooms are fairly small with no dressers, so finding locations for luggage access is challenging.

Perfect Location for Weekend Getaway

We love the location of the Hideaway Station loft. It was conveniently located within walking distance of The Perk coffee shop, Hernando's Pizza Pub, and the Fireside Market. We were able to chose to drive or take the bus to the ski slope, and the drive to the tubing hills in Fraser were only 5 minutes away by car. It was great to be able to bring my 12 year old Aussie with us. She is still in great shape and was able to handle the stairs and we loved having her with us. Thank you for a wonderful weekend in Winter Park!

Hot summer getaway

Location is great for RMNP! I traveled with my wife a 2 sm. dogs to get away from the heat and humidity of the Midwest, we weren't disappointed. Our daughter visited us from Oceanside, CA. for a few days and was so impressed with the weather and scenery, and she lives on the beach! As a teenager I visited Winter Park many times , I enjoyed sharing those memories with my wife. We will visit again someday.

This place was amazing!

I will not hesitate to book again. The location was breath taking due to the surroundings. Everyone was having a great time and it was obvious. The only thing I did not like is I arrived during the wee hours to the location and apparently I was supposed to had already received an email prior to arrival with my access codes to the location. I called and checked for the email once it was revealed that it should of been sent prior. I did not receive the access information prior to my arrival as I should of and could of avoided the delay it took to access the property. Other wise this was so worth it and I can't wait to return. Thank you for everything!

Stay at Hideaway Station

Great condo directly across the street from the bus stop to the mountain. Market and liquor store literally next door. Beds are comfy! Only want was better cooking utensils since we make meals in condo :)

The unit was very nice very clean and very well equipped the only issue was there were a lot of stairs and we had seniors with us that was our only issue we enjoyed staying there had fun playing games and just hanging out relaxing

Central Location & awesome ambiance

My family and I had the opportunity to stay at the Hideaway station Loft for a little shy of a week this past February. The location is perfect, is located above many popular local businesses such as Grand Adventures (snowmobile rental) an the Perk coffee shop. There's also a great little Pub across the street, a market that is walking distance, and a few restaurants (seafood & steak house) next door. The local shuttle service is right at the corner that provides access to Winter Park Resort as well as downtown Fraser. The inside of the cabin was very modern. We were provided all the necessary appliances and luxuries to make our stay as comfortable as possible (ie; fireplace, washer & dryer, plenty of towels, dishwasher, full size fridge with ice maker, balcony, and plenty of storage space). I love the fact that check-in process was painless and required no direct interaction it was all electronic. They thought about everything... oh, there was even two Amazon echos located throughout the home for automation. Next time I'm in Winter Park I definitely will be staying here again!

Five Star With One Exception

(Detailed response is on Booking.com.. Please see it) Everything was truly exceptional (management response to replace coffeemaker and supply ice as the ice maker did not work.) Otherwise, wonderful kitchen space--and great beds and linens! The property itself is quite lovely and quiet... EXCEPT MAJOR lack of space to unpack and/or store anything. Guests cannot even utilize downstairs closet as it is full of cleaning equipment . ZERO place for even for toothbrush, paste, contact lenses, etc, in downstairs bath (pedestal sink is a bad choice when there's no shelfing available). All guests had to put their open suitcases on the floor of upstairs closets.--not a single bedroom drawer, wall hook or shelf, or folding luggage rack. (Many, many steep steps, inside and out. Guest need to at least know this in advance. Seniors struggled. to carry stuff on the stairs.) We were a party of 8. This property would be better advertised as ideally for 2-4 guests due to CRITICAL lack of unpacking space/storage for the most basic clothing and personal items. At least 2-4 guests could use the bunk beds for their unpacked stuff/suitcases/ski gear, etc. Extra hooks needed in baths to save towels/reduce laundry/hang sleepwear. Teenagers on the bunk beds had to leave their packed suitcases in the hallway all week. The very HIGH king size bed basically takes up entire room, except for two (drawer-less) small end tables, We had management come to remove a protruding nail and rough chipped, VERY sharp corner right of HIGH bed base (just inside of door to room.).... Please know I never write negative reviews... It's just a shame to all of us that such a beautiful ly appointed property on so many levels is marred-- nearly overshadowed-- by the simple, BASIC lack of space...not being able to unpack even a few things. A bit a creativity, such as easily accessible built-in shelving , even one foot wide and deep, floor to hanging bar at one end of the upstairs closets --or wall shelves or stacked cubicles along with folding luggage racks and a few strategically placed hooks and could solve the most annoying problems mentioned. Lovely loft

The loft was very nice, well furnished and the location was very convenient for us. The only negative thing was that the home was not very clean - floor had not been washed, carpeting had several stains and the wood on the stairs leading to the second level was very dirty. I wiped up the floor and washed the wood on the staircase myself as I found it quite unacceptable.

Amazing solution

comfortable home close to all attractions

Apart from checking in, where the code that we were given didnt work and we had to call the 24hr support to regenerate a code for us, everything else was fantastic. we were a group of 4 with 2 dogs and the place was very cozy and comfortable for our 5 day stay. its close to a lot of shops and restuarants. The house was clean and had plenty of extra towels. would definitely come for another stay and recommend to others

Great Stay

Great condo with trendy style. The kitchen was great for meals - the kitchen was well stocked enough to make coffee, tea, eggs, cookies, pancakes, etc. Beds were very comfortable - we all had great sleep throughout the week. We were provided with more than enough towels, pillows and sheets. Location is very convenient - within walking distance of many good restaurants and a grocery store (Fireside Eatery is the grocery store - very expensive, but convenient. Safeway is just a 5 min drive down 40). Two great walking trails are within a 2 block walk. Very dog friendly area. Great view of the mountains from the patio. Very convenient to have washer/dryer and detergent on the second floor! The Xplorie Escapes were a fun option - we went horseback riding (only about 20 min away) and it is absolutely worth doing!

MLK Weekend Getaway

Overall really enjoyed the apartment! Awesome area next to restaurants and grocery, love having brand new kitchen and bathrooms (+ w/d in unit)! Good location - you should highlight access to bus more, that was a game changer realizing it was outside the front door! Cleanliness could be much better: both bedrooms had trash under the beds and living room floor had some dusty areas. Access was an issue. We had to download an app after the door code wasnt working and mgmt texted us. Wish they had notified us earlier because they knew others had the same problem and it was after hours, worried we may not get someone. Once we got set up it worked fine. Thanks for the stay, will come back!
