Beautiful, quiet condo surrounded by Delnor Wiggins State Park and a secluded marina. Only steps from the beach with convenient restrooms & foot wash. King size master with queen Murphy bed. Large walk in closet. Private vanity off full bath for privacy. Fully furnished kitchen & linens. SmartTV, WiFi, DVD. Private pool for Vanderbilt Tower III residents. 5 minutes to Walmart, shopping & entertainment. PER THE CONDO HOA, THERE IS A MINIMUM 30 DAY IN ADVANCE - APPLICATION PROCESS. IF YOU ARE INSIDE 30 DAYS, PLEASE DO NOT MAKE A REQUEST. There is a $150.00 application fee that is non refundable.

Wonderful Balcony

We had a wonderful time, the unit had all the amenities needed for a confortable stay. We were met by the owner and he showed the unit and answered all inquiries we had. This location was ideal for us, walking distance to the beach and close to various services needed. Nice inland view from the balcon while having our morning coffee

Perfect Homa Away from Home!

This condo was perfect for my long term stay! Owners were very helpful and quick to respond when contacted. This place has everything ...you really only need to bring your clothes! It is also in a great location with walking distance access to beach and very short drive to grocery stores, restaurants, etc. There's also many great places to walk right outside. I would definitey stay again!!

I wished I knew that there were carts at the front of the building when I arrived.

Nice one bedroom with beautiful view

Beautiful view of the marina and intercostal. Within walking distance of Delnor Wiggins State Park and Vanderbilt Beach. Condo was clean and comfortable. Russell was very easy to deal with. Enjoyed our stay in the condo and would book it again if we return to Naples in the future.

Location, Location

This condo borders one of the most beautiful State parks in Florida, just a short walk to Delnor Wiggins park. This is a well equipped one bedroom with Avery comfy king bed and full Murphy bed in living room. Russel was great to us, letting us use his beach cart, chairs and umbrella. The private pool is heated and clean. The view is if the river where you can fish or kayak. We really enjoyed our stay in Naples . Do not miss the happy hour at Blue Martini, the best half priced seafood appetizers.

Up dated, attractive decor, very comfortable

Good location near Vanderbilt Beach, great pool, convenient to shops, restaurants, etc. Nice view of marina opposite property.
