Booking Restriction - 2 person reservations can be booked well in advance year round except during ski season at which time we only offer 7 day advanced reservations for weekends (Th - Sat). Contact us for availability and applicable rates.

Let me begin by saying thank you for taking the time to consider our condo / townhouse (Soul Restoration) for your vacation . If you have never been to Mammoth Lakes before, you are in for a real treat. Take a trip to Mammoth once and you will be hooked on this little town forever. Take your first trip in the winter or summer, it will not matter. The natural beauty of the area abounds year round. As for activities, Mammoth offers it all, and then some. You may very well need to go home to actually get some rest. You are sure to find a new hobby/passion if you spend much time in Mammoth.

As for our property, it is a beautiful, warm, and inviting, 1800-square-foot townhouse that is located close to many of the year-round activities that Mammoth offers. It is a two-story, non-smoking, four-bedroom, three-bathroom unit with open beam ceilings and oak furnishings throughout.

Upstairs includes a full well stocked kitchen with dining for six and a breakfast bar for three. The living room has a wood-burning fireplace, HD TV, Blu Ray / DVD player and an outdoor balcony with a gas barbecue grill. The master bedroom has a king-size bed with a full bathroom.

Downstairs includes two bedrooms with queen-size beds and one bedroom with two twin beds. There are also two full bathrooms downstairs. Additional amenities downstairs include two HD TVs, one Blu Ray / DVD player and a washer and dryer. After an exhausting day of fun on the mountain or on the lakes, relax in the indoor heated pool, spa, or sauna. Then walk,drive or take the free city shuttle (operates all winter and select summer weekends) to the nearby restaurants, theater, or shops for a taste of the nightlife.

We have stayed here before and it has always been a pleasure staying there. Bud has always been a great host. The place is always immaculate. The kitchen is well stocked with everything we need to cook. Look forward to returning next year.

Great stay

Our group had a wonderful time staying at this condo. It is in a good location, and it was well kept. Even though we had a minor issue that came up, we were able to directly contact the owner about it, and he did everything that he could to help us with the problem. We can't wait to book this condo for our next Mammoth vacation

great ski trip

We had a small group of friends staying together in Bud's condo. The accommodations let everyone have their own space while still being together.It's a nice spacious condo with a washer and dryer in the unit. Super handy feature.Lots of storage for skis and boards and gear.

Great group stay!

This home overall was a great place to stay at! We had a total of 8 friends & everyone was accommodated for in terms of beds, bedrooms, bathrooms & common space areas. We enjoyed the extra linens/bedding, kitchen amenities (seasonings, zip lock bags, available board games/tv). It was a cozy space & great location - close to grocery store, mountain lifts, & within the complex, right across the way from the dumpsters & pool/hot tub. The host was nice to offer having the heater turned on in time for arrival & instructions for the stay were clear & manageable. In-unit laundry was very helpful to have & the downstairs has 2 bathrooms right next to each other. The upstairs bathroom had a separation with the toilet/shower from the double vanity sinks. All in all, great for a big group to stay & spend quality time together. Great host. Clean. Cozy.

Good house, amazing host

The house is very well maintained despite its age. We had a very comfortable stay with five adults. Bud, the host, was very helpful, and the late check-out was very convenient.

Best Place We’ve Stayed At

We go up to Mammoth all the time with friends and family, this was everyone’s favorite place. Lots of space and amenities for the 8 of us. Very convenient to everything. Bud was a great host and very accommodating/attentive. We will definitely be back!

Revisiting a great place

We had stayed here previously and our return visit was equally as nice. Great location and ease of working with the property manager were highlights. The kitchen is fully stocked with kitchen equipment. The place was clean and comfortable for our group of four. We’ll be back.

Comfortable and quiet

The property is older, but well maintained. Beds were comfortable & the room layouts were perfect for our family with 3 couples & 2 single adults. The kitchen had everything I needed to prepare meals. The complex has no frills(the indoor pool & spa were in need a some maintenance ie spa heater was not working) but is in a great location to access anything you want to do in Mammoth and was very quiet. The owner had great communication! I would stay here again!

Spring Mammoth fishing trip

The condo was very clean with the kitchen fully stocked for all of our cooking needs. Bud was very responsive when we needed to get in touch with him. Check in was a breeze and the pre-arrival information regarding the property was complete and informative. Would definitely recommend and look forward to staying there again.

Clean, warm and comfortable-Excellent management communication!

Great stay, location, pool and spa. Very comfortable. Generous kitchen condiments which was nice (and we didn't even use thinking we had to bring everything ourselves, but appreciate when the kitchen isn't totally barren). Comfortable beds and excellent communication with Bud the property manager. Next door we had extremely noisy neighbors on the first night, but my husband asked them to be considerate at 10 or 11pm and they eventually quieted down, and thankfully left the next day--while we had 5 more nights of peace. Would definitely recommend.

Great condo, great host

Had a great extended stay in Mammoth. Bud was a great host. Super communicative and helpful. Prior to our arrival, he sent clear instructions on how to get to the condo, how to get in, etc. We had some young kids in our group and he was able to answer many questions on what kid friendly things the condo would have to help us pack. The condo had a well stocked kitchen (pots, pans, knives, slow cooker, tupperware). Lots of streaming TV options ready to go. It was clean The condo locaion was super convenient to multiple bus lines/night trolley (less than a 2 min walk to the red bus/night trolley stop; less than 10 min walk to the green bus line). We were able to walk to Von's for groceries. Thanks again for a great stay!

Great Skiing Trip

Great location and accommodations

-Bud was really great at communicating before the trip! He gave us lot on the property so we prepared for our stay. Well stocked with everything you would need in the kitchen and baths. He was able to give us a late check out that helped my mom while we skied. Would definitely stay here again in the future!!

Great place near Eagle Lodge

We had a great stay with 4 big bedrooms and 3 full baths and a washer/dryer. The kitchen equipment/dishes were plentiful and the fireplace super cozy. The dining room table is nice a big and the whole group could fit around it. We had a great stay!

Early winter stay

The pictures for this property don’t do it justice. The rooms were well sized. My teens each had plenty of ‘personal space’ and there was a great common area for us to eat and hang out together. Very clean and comfortable. The location is great. Walking distance to some of our favorite places to eat in Mammoth. The property owner Bud was very easy to communicate with. He sent very clear and thorough instructions regarding the property. He was very quick in responses to any questions we had.

Family Vacation

We had a lovely stay at this townhouse which is centrally located in town. The home was very clean and comfortable and it was nice the pool and spa were so close to the unit. Checking in and out was easy and the owner was quick to respond when I had a question. A wonderful retreat after long days exploring beautiful Mammoth.
