Welcome to our Mammoth Lakes Condo in Snowcreek V! As soon as you walk in, you will feel at home - just in beautiful Mammoth! Cozy and complete with mountain decor, this spacious condo will provide ample room for all of your family's needs. Located in Snowcreek V, you will have views of Mammoth Mountain, Mammoth Rock and the Sherwin. The dog fee is $150 per dog. There is a bed and TOT tax of 14% added to the rent separately that is paid to Mono Lake County.

All one level, bottom floor, two stairs to the door. Spacious open floor plan with bedrooms and bathrooms on opposite sides of the living, dining and kitchen area. Walk right out the front door to hiking, biking and views of Mammoth Rock!

You are just steps away from Snowcreek golf course and Mammoth Athletic Club & Spa (extra charge). Relax on the deck of this quiet oasis and enjoy the tranquility.

.6 miles from Old Mammoth Road and right next to Snowcreek Golf Course. There is a shuttle stop at the corner of Old Mammoth Road and Minaret. Very quiet and safe to walk out the front door to many trails including hidden lake.

Close to bus lines. .4 walk.

This first floor unit with parking right in front (plenty) has it's own front door and no hallways or stairs! 1453 square feet. Bedrooms on opposite sides for maximum privacy. Wood floors.
- Pet fee is $150 - dog only! No cats - severe allergies.
- Quiet hours 10pm - 7am
- Call for pet requirements of the HOA association

Excellent rental. We've stayed here many times and will again. The unit is always clean and has every amenity you'd want. The area is very quiet and good for walking a dog if you have one. Location is very accessible to all of Mammoth, with bike paths right outside the complex's entrance.

Cozy, comfortable, well stocked ground floor home. Easy entry with plenty of parking right out front. Great kitchen and plenty of windows that open for fresh air. The grounds are beautiful and very walkable, The owners are great at communicating and seem to really want you to have an enjoyable time at their home. I would not hesitate to stay here again. In fact, we’ve stayed in Snowcreek many times and I think this has been our favorite so far.

We had such a wonderful stay at this beautiful Mammoth cabin! It was the perfect getaway for my husband, our two dogs, and me. The cabin was cozy, comfortable, and had everything we needed to enjoy our time in the mountains. We especially loved being able to bring our dogs along so the whole family could enjoy the trip! I can’t express how wonderful Terri is, she checked in with us to make sure we had everything we needed. The location was beautiful, peaceful, and perfect for exploring Mammoth hiking, fishing and spending time outdoors. We made so many great memories and would absolutely love to stay here again. Highly recommend this cabin to anyone looking for a relaxing, dog-friendly mountain getaway!

Excellent equipped kitchen. Small outdoor patio. Outdoor furniture needs replacement and their is no outside table if you are there in the summer and want to barbecue.

The house, location, host and everything in between was perfect. My wife and I have traveled quite a bit and this is truly one of the best places we’ve stayed. Terry is an incredible host that is very responsive and kind. She made us feel at home even before arriving. The house is a perfect layout with a beautiful front yard/porch that has beautiful views all day long. The neighborhood is perfect for families with kids as it’s quiet but also only a few minutes from everything. We are already planning to come back as soon as possible!

This has been the fourth year we have stayed at this property. The condo is excellent for a small family or a getaway for a couple and don't forget the dog. The host provides fencing which allows your dog to hang out in the grass. The condo has all you will need for preparing your meals.

We had a wonderful stay at this location. The location was beautiful. Even though it was a holiday weekend, parking in front of the home was not a problem. Terry and Dave’s home is beautiful. It is very well maintained with all the amenities of home. It most of all, Terry made our stay easy. Her directions were clear and concise. She checked in on us periodically and made herself available in case we needed anything. I would highly recommend this property. Looking forward to staying here again!!

The host Terry was very welcoming and the condo had all the amenities needed for a wonderful vacation. The condo was so comfortable, warm, cozy, and in a great location surrounded by beautiful snow covered mountains. We enjoyed walks around Snowcreek and the serene snow covered mountains were so calming and beautiful. We can’t wait to go back and stay in this condo again!

I have to say that our stay at Terri’s home was more than I expected. She is a wonderful host, very kind and helpful. Her home was spotless and the kitchen had everything you would need to prepare our meals. My son and his wife met us there and we had an awesome time. They brought their dog Bruce and he had a good time too. I would highly recommend this property and our host Terri!

The property was just as advertised. Clean with all amenities, great location, etc. The best part though was the host(s). They were excellent and made us feel at home and were very accommodating.

We’ve stayed in several locations in mammoth but this one by far has been our favorite. Terri is so accommodating to her guests and she is always in communication for anything we may need. I can’t recommend this location enough not only for the location being close to hikes but the overall comfort.

We had never stayed in the newer Snowcreek golf development but it was beautiful and the condo was very clean and well-appointed. Will definitely book it again!

After 28 years of camping, skiing, hiking, biking and just plain hanging out in Mammoth, we sold our 5th wheel and purchased our dream vacation rental home! We are from Studio City, California (born and raised) and love Mammoth. We are fortunate enough to have work that allows us to work from home so we are in Mammoth enjoying our place about once a month. We take great pride in making a wonderful experience for each guest and have over the years collected many stories and praise in our guest book.

Por qué eligió esta propiedad

We had always dreamed of having a place in Snowcreek V. We loved the meadow and being so close to the golf course (we both love golf). We also loved how safe it feels walking the dogs, letting the kids ride around on their bikes and play in the snow as we are .5 miles from any fast moving traffic. And you can walk right out your front door to the many trials for walking and biking.

Qué distingue a esta propiedad

Our first floor unit has parking right in front, a trash bin very close, jacuzzi right behind our unit, and a very large grassy area for our dogs. In fact, we have portable fencing we put up for a quick fenced in yard - very handy on the snowy days! If you don't like to lug all your equipment upstairs, you will love walking right in to the unit (a 2 step landing to the door!).
