Spent 11 days here in mid October. Flying in from the UK I had a long flight and was apprehensive about getting to the accommodation. I didn’t need to be concerned! Initial communication with host was great.. Drive from the airport was about 15mins. Google maps was spot on with the location- Just stop outside for 2 mins to get the keys from the key safe, then back up and park. Parking space was easy to find and safe. The lift is just around the corner from the parking space on the same level. Use your fob on the key ring to call it.Actual apartment was clean with ample space and everything you’ll need. Balcony was great (door a little heavy to slide) and the bed was big and super comfy. There were extra fresh sheets and towels in the room with some cosmetic bits in the bathroom (soap etc) Fridge was big and the 2 ice cube trays in the freezer were a god send! WiFi was more than adequate. Tv and available channels were all good but I didn’t really had it on as was too busy! Location is perfect as once you have your bearings, everything is in walking distance! Less than 10 mins walk to the beach and less than 5 mins to the shops. Bus stop 2 mins away (get a Holo card from ABC If you don’t have a car.Overall, accommodation is clean, safe and convenient. It’s not a 5 star hotel, but it doesn’t try to be. Parking space is worth its weight in gold. Location is ideal to allow you to explore Waikiki. Highly recommended and if i were to return would stay again

The unit was comfortable and super convenient location to all amenities. Having parking was a great benefit. Some improvements needed on the unit though: A newer, cleaner and quieter AC unit. The current is old, not maintained at all and very noisy.The towels provided are long past their life cycle and need replacing.The floor needs a deep clean.Dish towels and sponge to wash dishes.Having beach towels, beach chairs and a cooler to use while there would have been great.A bigger TV would be great.

We quarterly conduct a deep cleaning throughout the unit and the AC will be checked in this Oct too. The noise will also be reduced then. We will also replace the towels with new ones in Oct. Room was clean, with parking if you own or rent a big vehicle you won't be able to use, the parking entrance is is only and a full-size vehicle (Suv or truck) won't make it in. The air conditioning works but I believe the unit is too small for the room it will keep the room sort of cool nothing to brag about

The property is walking distance to a lot. Great spot. Clean and pleasant. I didn’t like the loud AC, afternoons are hot and you need it but you can barely hear your self think.

It was absolutely perfect for what we needed! The host was super friendly annd quick to respond to any questions. It was clean, close to everything, and the included parking was a major bonus!

The location of this unit is excellent, right in the heart of Waikiki. A huge advantage of renting this space is having a parking spot, as parking in Waikiki is nearly impossible. Laundry right across the hallway is super convenient. The unit itself is clean. The bed was comfortable. The wall AC unit could be updated to a newer, stronger model but it did its job to keep us reasonably cool during the night as during the day, we were out about. There was construction going on in the building at the time we were there which didn’t allow us to go into the balcony. I wish we knew this beforehand but it was ok. The shower pressure could be stronger but again it did its job. Decor and styling of the place was ok. The bottom line is, the price per night is fantastic so the place is definitely worth the stay.

I had issues from the start of my stay. The condo was located next to the elevator and laundry room and very noisy. The WiFi didn’t work from check in. I had to call several times leaving messages. The lady advised me I had to do technical work before she could call Spectrum. I told her that wasn’t my job. I paid a lot of money to rent this condo. It was her job to fix it not mine. She finally agreed to come out to fix it. She came out the next day but was argumentative with me. It was finally fixed. I also couldn’t do laundry as the water was shut off in the building. It was issue after issue with this condo. I wouldn’t recommend this condo to anyone. I feel like I got ripped off by renting this condo. The parking was also an issue as the low height of the ceiling. It was close with my car and I could see where other vehicles had hit this low ceiling in the past. It was very difficult to determine if my car was going to be damaged or not. Don’t rent this condo!!!!!!!!

Regarding the internet issue, we did not ask you to perform any technical work. We simply requested that you unplug and reconnect the cable, as Spectrum is not able to send a technician without rebooting and we are required to attempt basic troubleshooting first. When this step was taken, the connection was restored and you were able to use the internet. In most cases, this simple reset resolves the issue and does not result in complaints. As for the rental rate, pricing is determined through VRBO’s dynamic pricing system, which adjusts based on demand and the reservation period. The rate is always set in line with current market conditions and is never higher than reasonable market value. Concerning the water shutoff, laundry facilities cannot be used during scheduled shutoffs. These occur once or twice a month to allow for necessary plumbing work throughout the entire building. Notices regarding water shutoffs are posted in the elevators in advance. Lastly, the parking clearance is 6 feet 2 inches, which is comparable to other nearby buildings in the area. Thank you again for your feedback. We truly value our guests’ input and hope this clarifies your concerns.

Clean and cozy place. Great location. Only complaint was having to change the bucket of water under the AC everyday. However, I would stay there again.

Nice rental

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This rental was a great option for the two of us to stay for a few nights while vacationing in Hawaii. It was clean and comfortable with a location close to catching tour buses and choices in places to eat.

Cute comfortable condo

This was comfortable clean property that was perfect for my husband and me. It didn’t have beach towels and beach chairs like some condos do but that was reflected in the low price I think. We had a great time and wished we could stay longer.

Great Location and Free Parking

Great Location and Free Parking. Be prepared for a not spotless room and having to do AC maintenance. Bedding may or may not fit the bed. Not enough racks/hooks for towels for more than 1 person. AC is loud but it does help drown out the outside noise as it is not a soundproof room. Balcony table is too large. Fine for 1 person but if a second person has to get to a chair or if you want to get to the drying rack, good luck. If you just need a place to rest, aren't a light sleeper, FREE parking in the heart of Waikiki and don't mind cleaning when you arrive and maintenance of the AC, absolutely stay here and spend your money you saved on fun stuff. If you want a spotless, quiet hotel room with maid service and 24/7 concierge, this is not the place for you. I would definitely stay here again by myself for work. Would I bring my husband? Probably not because he would not be happy about having to do a "chore" with the AC.

Centrally Located - meets basic needs

Overall, a nice stay. The property is located centrally in Waikiki close to many stores, restaurants and beaches. I would recommend with disclosures for that guest to make their own choice. Its plainly decorated, did not care for the furniture but the bed was comfortable. A/C unit very loud. Sometimes street noise is heard all hours of the night. It would be nice to have (in the unit) other towels and chairs/umbrella for the beach, as well as an umbrella as rain is likely. Theres a nice city view. The round table is too big on the balcony- a smaller rectangular seems to make more sense. The property is managed by a realty office that closes 4-5pm and could be a concern for issues that arise, and they can't help you. Finally, additional feedback. leave a key with reception for emergencies after Realty hours. Reception indicated other units leave keys.

Great Location but….

Great location. You can walk to anywhere in the immediate city. Noise level is appropriate for the city location. Air conditioning very noisy, old and filthy. I cleaned the filter and wiped out as much mold as I could. Emptied the water pan was a messy job that a frailer individual could not handle. The place was tidy but not clean and there was an over growth of mold. The furniture is also weathered and the pictures are of a newer time. The bed is comfy for a back sleeper but not a side sleeper. There is limited drawer space as quilts and towels fill the drawers. WiFi did not adequately work. So forget using WiFi. The TV channels are very limited as well. Great place to rest and explore from there!

Great location and Parking included

Overall, great place to stay if you plan to be outdoors for majority of the day. Pros:Location is ideal and dedicated parking with no hassle to go in and out. Great experience walking around Waikiki. Plenty of towels in the unit. And house slippers were provided. Lanai was great to dry clothes.Cons:- Bathroom could be cleaned better, specifically the shower curtain.- City noise was very loud and had to use headphones to sleep.

Waikiki Condo

We really enjoyed staying here. We wanted a kitchenette and it had everything that met our needs. The bed was comfy. Wifi worked great, as well as the air conditioning. We really appreciated the free parking because we had rented a car while we were there. Overall very satisfied.
