Ali'i Beach Rentals Include:
- Beach chairs, boogie board, and cooler
- Bed linens, bath, beach & kitchen towels
- Dishes, silverware, cookware (including tea kettle, rice cooker, blender)
- Hair dryer, iron & ironing board
- Condo Supplies: coffee filters, dish soap, dishwasher soap, bar soap, travel size shampoo, conditioner, paper towel & toilet papers (once these items run out, you will purchase your own).

No Elevators: Make sure everyone in your party is able to go up and down steps. This unit is on the 4th floor.
No Parking: Public transportation is very convenient and walking distance to shops and restaurants in the area.

Ali’i Beach Rentals is a full-service professional vacation rental company. We have our own in house maintenance, cleaning team, and professional property managers located in our Waikiki office who are available by phone 24/7 in case of emergencies.

Mini vacation

Nice place, very clean and location however parking was an issue multiple parking spots were full and we had to pay well over 30 dollars at night and walk a few blocks back to the place. Even though the renters knew we had 4 people they only gave us 3 beach towels. They did have chairs and beach stuff complimentary and overall a good place to stay.

Hidden Gem by the beach

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Walkable walking distance

Perfect location for walking! Beach, zoo, restaurants, and many attractions walking distance. Very nice sidewalks and beachfront trail to enjoy! The place had a comfortable bed. AC is loud. If you love to walk, this is the perfect location!

Great

I stayed with an another friend and it was the perfect sized rental for the two of us. Cute property in Waikiki. Safe since it’s huddled in the middle of all the other hotels. Had a kitchen with all the cooking amenities. Bring quarters for laundry!

Great location

We enjoyed the convenient location of this property. One block from the beach. Easy access to bus stops. On the end of the beach so it was a relatively quiet area. Had all the amenities we needed for a great price! We would stay here again!

Great location for a young family

We had a great stay here! The unit was nice and the location was great! The trundle bed was perfect for our son to sleep on. It’s a short walk to the zoo and to Kuhio beach, which was perfect for our little guy. Having to go up a few flights of stairs was tough, but well worth it! Would definitely stay here again.

We absolutely loved staying at this property. Great location close to Waikiki and Kaimana beaches. Food trucks right downstairs. It was quiet. The property is renovated and feels fresh although the building itself is a bit old like most in this area. The property management was responsive and accommodating. The only request would be to have more seating. Great overall!

Clean and comfortable one bedroom

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: As advertised. I stayed 10 days and felt safe the whole time. Nicely organized and decorated. Beds are very comfortable. The street and the building were surprisingly quite for a Waikiki location. Laundry facilities are available and relatively cheap. Keep in mind this is a walk up. Very close to beach, park, and zoo. Multiple food options. The food trucks parked at the end of the street are definitely worth trying for a very good, moderately priced serving. Teddy's Bigger Burgers on Kapahulu was also very good. A decent size ABC store with a good food selection is right around the corner. There is no good sized grocery store nearby.There was no problem with checking in or out. I have used Alii Beach Rentals before and they are a very good company to work with, very friendly and responsive. I would stay at this rental again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental was really good and such a good find for my last minute trip to Hawaii!!! It was super clean the directions left were super clear. It was a little loud in the area sometimes but the rental is located in a high populated are so what can you really expect? The food trucks nearby were so confident and tasty. A little water damage to the ceilings besides that the stay was wonderful. My only bad thing is we elected for a late check out but the communication of this between the staff members wasn’t clear so all day people were trying to enter our stay!
