Spectacular 3bdr/3.5 bath Golf Course Mediterranean Style Villa inside Wyndham Rio Mar complex. Villa faces beautiful Ocean Golf course. It is 18 miles from Luis Muñoz International airport and in close proximity to an abundance of activities like the Yunque Rain Forest, bioluminescent bay, kayaking, sailing, fishing, horse back riding, and much more. It is a 2 story Villa, with master bedroom on second floor and two very spacious room in ground floor. All bedrooms have en suite bathrooms and walking closets. The Villa also has a well-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and marble counter tops. It features one terrace off the master bedroom and a great terrace off the ground floor living room where guests can enjoy the great scenery as well as BBQ or a dip in the Jacuzzi. The Villa is enhanced with wood floors in some areas and woodwork in double height ceilings and terrace. Villa offers Cable TV in every room and living room, WiFi, air conditioning and fresh linens and towels. An activity coordinator is available to help make your vacation a memorable one. A 6 passenger and/or a 4 passenger golf cart available for rent (fee).

Great villa!

Our family of 5 had a wonderful time staying in this villa. Plenty of space, love that it has 3 1/2 bathrooms. Good location, beautiful view from the patio. Had the use of a 4 person golf cart to get around the resort. Owner Sofia is quick to respond to messages. My only complaint is that it could have been a little cleaner upon our arrival. Specifically, microwave, bath mat in master bathroom, bathroom floor. Other than that, it was perfect!

Villa stay at Wyndham Rio Mar

This property is roomy and comfortable with the charm of a Spanish villa. Very quiet with pretty golf course views from the patio and upstairs balcony. It is older with a few updates needed but we had everything necessary for a nice stay. Our host was always responsive, helpful and flexible with our itinerary. We also had access to the property pool and beautiful beach. Most enjoyable ☀️

Nice location

This 3 bedroom condo/villa is located in the Wyndham Rio Mar complex. It’s very close to the golf course, an easy drive through the complex to a private beach which we used a lot, and a great location from which to check out El Yunque and Luquillo. We did have some housekeeping issues but the owner was very responsive to addressing our concerns. And overall the owner was really easy to deal with and very attentive.

Comfortable house

The house is comfortable and attractive with lots of space and the host is very helpful. It is important to have a car at this location unless you are ok with very long walks in the sun. You can rent a golf cart if one is available, but the golf cart only arrives at the house in the afternoon of the first day you pay for so you will have no way to get to breakfast on your first morning without a significant walk unless it is a weekend and the golf club restaurant is open. That restaurant is great and not as far as the Wyndham hotel. Also for groceries and stuff, you really do need a car.

Family vacation in Rio Mar

We really enjoyed our stay in the villa. Sofia was very responsive to our questions during our stay. The premises of the resort are very beautiful, bot you definitely need to have a golf cart or a car to go to the beach. We rented one golf cart and really enjoyed driving it to the beach. We would recommend this villa to anyone and would rent it again for our future vacation. Thank you for everything Sofia. Viktoriya and the family

Beautiful, Peaceful Villa at Rio Mar!

We were very pleased with our villa. The house is very spacious, clean and beautifully furnished and decorated. The back of the property, a lovely porch, has a very nice view and direct access to the golf course. Well-kept gardens surround the property. The host, Sofia, was very welcoming and was available for any inquiries. In summary, a perfect rental experience. Thank you!

Beautiful home for our family vacation!

We had a wonderful stay at the villa. It’s a very nicely decorated home, the artwork and furnishings are beautiful. It’s airy and spacious , and fit our family of 5 perfectly. The villa sits on the golf course, not far from the clubhouse. You can get a shuttle from the clubhouse to the main hotel, to go to the beach or dinner. From the rental, to the day of arrival to our departure, Sofia was very helpful and stayed in contact with us. We even had a very late flight to PR and she checked in with us when we arrived. Conveniently located near beach and rainforest. Tip - do rent a car if you plan to leave the property at all. The cab/Uber service is a bit slow, and if you are trying to go anywhere - the beach, rainforest, wherever, waiting will be inconvenient and also impractical. Have already recommended the place to friend planning on a trip to PR, and would definitely stay again if I’m lucky enough to go back again. Thanks for a great stay!

Exquisite stay!! Adults and kids alike had an unforgettable vacation.

Beautifully decorated with local artwork, extremely comfortable and cozy (beds with multi-layered linens and the softest of pillows will put you to sleep on a heartbeat!), yet with all the practical amenities (TV’s everywhere, cable, great wi-fi, fully equipped kitchen…and that awesome Ninja air-fryer that cooked our NY Strips to perfection and kept the kids satisfied). And that breathtaking terrace and jacuzzi pool overlooking spectacular views of the golf course and surrounding nature. A skip from the Clubhouse, Iguana’s Restaurant and “Hole-In-One” outdoor terrace wraps-and-burgers-deli on the edge of the range, and a five minute ride on golf cart to the beach and pool complex. Great beach with sand-dune protected shallow pools for kids and second outer shore for those up to bodysurfing and a good swim. Villa is hosted by professional, diligent, and charming owners/family members + support staff. Communication is top-notch: questions get answered and the slightest hiccup gets solved ASAP. Just didn’t want to leave!!!

Great place to stay with great property manager... the locality is awesome....

Wyndham Villa great for 6 adults

We had a wonderful time at the Rio Grande Villa. Very spacious for 6 adults. Extremely responsive owner and very nicely appointed unit with great beds, linens, appliances, fabulous patio, lots of space, two large kitchen tables and 3 1/2 baths. Need a car or rent a golf cart on the property (expensive) to get to beach or pool or Hotel. Nice to be able to use restaurants and casino at hotel. Great location to do day trips from.

A fantastic beach and a great host

The property is a spacious and well appointed three bedroom three and a half bath townhouse. It is on the grounds of the Rio Mar Wyndham and feels very secure. You are 30 mins from San Juan and Fajardo and across the street from El Yunque. You have access to many hotel amenities but not the main pool. The accessible beach is absolutely fantastic and the owners pool is adequate for swimming and lounging. Sofia and her father are lovely and immediately responsive to any and all questions.

Holy week vacation

Our family is from the island. We decided to spend the holy week once again at Rio Mar resort. I must say that every detail that you can expect from a Villa is met at this villa 38. Attention from the manager is second to none. The location is great since it has a terrace with beautiful view to the golf course plus the Jacuzzi in the terrace is awesome . If we compare this villa to our previous stays at Rio Mar this one definitely is the best.

Exceptional Service

We were a total of 6 staying in this beautiful villa and property. We loved the area, found it to be in a great location close enough to San Juan and far enough to explore the beautiful wonders of the rainforest. The villa is on a resort property which provided us access to the beach, pools, gym, and anything else we needed. The owners were incredibly gracious and were extremely prompt throughout our stay to help with anything our group needed. We actually ran into one of the owners in San Juan who showed us around the city and made reservations for us in this beautiful restaurant. We would go back there in a heartbeat and highly recommend it!
