Utah Ski Trip

Wonderful location, beautiful setting and great lodging! Wd enjoyed all of the views, close proximity to ski slopes and historical town! Perfect place for a family vacation!

Awesome place to stay!

Awesome place to stay! Very clean, appreciated that the kitchen was fully stocked. Great location and very quiet for being right off the main highway! I will definitely be staying there again.

Great place for family gathering

This was a great place for us to gather for a few days! Plenty of room, a well apportioned kitchen, and close to the mountains for exploration and adventure. We would certainly think about staying again if we return to the area!

Great stay!

We had a wonderful time at this property, and it met all of our needs. Would recommend to anyone visiting this area. Very convenient, super spacious and perfect layout for our family. Look forward to visiting again!

Great location and very cozy

We had a great time staying here and were impressed by the livability of the condo itself and the proximity to the Canyons gondola (just a quick 5-min walk). Getting to Main St was a quick drive or a $10 Uber ride if you don't have a car. We'll definitely be staying here again soon!!

Great Spot in Park City

Great 3 night stay at this VRBO. It's in a very central location near the Ski resort/lift. Hot tub was nice to come home to after a long day out on the slopes. Highly recommend.

Utah Mountain Respite

Great property to just relax in the mountains of Utah. Very relaxing to open the windows and hear the soothing sounds of the nearby creek. It is close to everything in Park City, UT, and easy access to the highway.

Excellent Ski Family Home

An excellent cozy property. Well maintained... clean... comfortable furniture and beds... well stocked kitchen... abundance of wine and beverage glasses... games and puzzels... gas fireplace added warmth... large bedrooms.... excellent shower with plenty of hot water. Friendly and very responsive owner... The best Park City ski houses we have stayed in.

Can’t get any better than with this location!Walk 3 minutes to bus stop or 10 minute walk to cabriolet. After skiing walk to path then ski right to the townhouse. Spacious townhouses with all comforts of home. Host quick to respond with any questions.

Great home

This home was absolutely perfect for our group. We had a group of 5 men and this home had more than enough room for us. The home had everything you would possibly need from cooking indoors/outdoors and every convenience you would have at home. This homes location is perfectly located to all surrounding resorts and activities. I will definitely be back with my family and the annual guts trip (if it’s available).

Nice condo at the base of canyons

Condo is easy to find. Close to canyons. Has a nice backyard. Plenty of space to spread out The bunk bed is a little wobbly but I think that it can be tightened up. Definitely recommend.

Perfect Ski Getaway

Absolutely wonderful stay in a great property. Every touch was well done and every need met without ever having to ask for a thing. Much more room than our family of three needed. We hiked to the gondola in boots with gear each day with no issues. I would remember to pack sandles and a robe next time for the hot tub walk.

Lovely area.Very nice condo.

The property itself was great. Only downside was that, being summer, we had to keep the windows open and had other residents who were noisy until 2 and 3am. There is a noise ordinance but they apparently didn't get the memo.

We are so surprised! It is such a quiet area. If you'd called the police, they would've gone over there right away. They take quiet times very seriously throughout the community.

Wonderful stay!

We had a great time at the property! It was very inviting and had a wonderful cozy cabin feel. The kitchen had everything needed to cook and the bathrooms were well stocked with towel soap etc. We used the hot tub which was very nice after a long day of skiing and not too far from the home. We did have a difficult time finding the path to the Cabriolet lift. Luckily a neighbor helped us out but it would be great if there was a little map in the welcome booklet. We hope to visit again in the future!

Perfect Vacation

Home away from home feel. Perfect family location to hit the slopes & Park City main street. Easy, easy 5 min. walk to Cabriolet lift and main shuttle hub. We cooked in every night as home has large kitchen that is fully stocked with all you will need. Jayne, host, takes great pride in her home and being available to her guests. Best renting experience my family has ever had. Perfect host...Perfect location...Perfect family vacation!! Memories of this stay will last a lifetime...Thank you, Jayne!

Overall great stay!

We had a great time and loved our stay. The property was clean and exactly how it was listed. The only down side was a hornets nest right outside the front door! Four people in our group got stung at different times and it was really unfortunate. They need to remove it asap! I emailed about it with no response.

Great location just a couple of minutes from Canyons resort base

Great location, and well stocked. Excellent and responsive host. The cabin’s layout was nice and functions well. Beautiful to see the sun come up through the Aspen trees out the kitchen window. It could use some updating to brighten it a bit, new main bathroom shower head, and blender didn’t work properly. The garage and driveway setup are on an angle and were tricky to maneuver. Overall, we had a good experience and a great time. Thank you!

Great place!

This condo was awesome. The kitchen was well-stocked, and the appliances were nice as well. The condo was decorated beautifully and had that Colorado cabin feeling. The bed in the master bedroom was extremely comfortable. Parking was a bit of a problem if you had more than one car. The first car went into the garage beneath, which was nice, but the second car if you had one in your group, just had to drive around until they found someplace. But the location was awesome, it was just a short walk through the woods to the Cabriolet lift. Coming home, you just had to cross the street from the Cabriolet and you could ski to the back door. Even our seven-year-olds were OK with this! Overall, I would stay here again, and I do recommend it.

More of a Condo than a Townhouse

I usually don't write reviews but felt that this one needed a review. We had some issues at the beginning as we didn't receive our check-in information before we arrived. After calling and emailing, we finally received the information a little after 4pm. Management advised that this was a fluke and typically didn't happen. I would consider the property to be more of a condo than a townhome. Pictures are very deceiving. The property is on the right side of the building. If you look closely, you can see other doors to the right (we did not see these during booking). The parking at the property is very limited, so having 2 families rent this 10 person property is difficult with 2 vehicles. Someone is going to be walking at least a block. Parking was always difficult to find. The garage is VERY tight for an SUV. One of the downspouts was frozen over and froze onto the sidewalk, making it very slippery. One of our guests slipped and fell on their tailbone as a result. You could tell that the complex had put some salt down at some point, but it didn't happen daily. As far as cleanliness, the bathroom tubs were not cleaned very well. I had to call them back out to clean the master tub because there was pink slime around the jets. I learned a few days later that it was also in the other restroom, but I wasn't aware of it initially. The property did respond quickly to my request to have the tub recleaned. The description also states that you are a short walk away from the gondola. In actuality, you are about a football field away from the gondola. Again, for the winter time when you are carrying skis or snowboards, this can be a bit of a challenge in the snow in ski boots. This is just good information to know beforehand. Lastly, is the restroom situation. It doesn't tell you, but the 3rd bathroom is a toilet located IN the kitchen. Not an ideal situation. Definitely not a bad property, but definitely not a 4.9 star property as indicated at time of booking. I would rate this as more of a 3.5 - 4 Star property. Management was very nice and responsive through the VRBO app.

Cheryl, It was pretty obvious from the start that you would find negative things about this property, or any other you may rent in the future. We have had consistent 5-star reviews ever since we've owned this amazing place we love. Although you did have some trouble receiving check-in info due to you not providing accurate information, we were quick to respond. The place was in immaculate condition, and your complaints about "slime" in the tub were unwarranted - and our staff was quick to re-clean and sanitize to your satisfation. Furthermore, we own a huge SUV and can park easily in the covered space provided and also there is ample extra parking located in the complex. We are sorry that you had any issues, but we did our best and our place is an amazing, special place for both our guests and ourselves.

Exactly like the pictures

Great stay in Park City. All the comforts of home - so much nicer than a hotel. It was walking distance to the Waldorf Astoria and Wyndham Hotels, so hotel dining was still an option. The home was clean and comfortable.
