A great location for walking, swimming and surfing.
Bayfair shopping mall is about a kilometre away. So is the awesome heated Baywave swimming pools with water slide.
Baypark is also nearby.
The property has great indoor / outdoor flow. Enjoy those summer barbecues or relax under the umbrella.
This stylish beach home offers a home away from home. Good off street parking available as well as road side. The home has two bedrooms each with quality queen sized beds. The other large bedroom has two adult size bunk beds. There is an air hockey table as well as a surfboard and body boards that you are most welcome to use.
Ultra fast fibre internet is available free of charge.
