Very comfortable home! Worked great for a family weekend with my adult children. Close to Tahoe activities but away from the crowds. Home was clean, kitchen well equipped (made several meals in-home), comfortable beds and peaceful setting. The tetherball was a surprising bonus! Check-in was easy and host communication great. Would definitely recommend!

Great home. Very spacious bedrooms and the house had everything we needed for an enjoyable trip to Tahoe. Conveniently located to multiple ski resorts.

House was great very well equipped for families, back yard was great and definitely an underrated feature, kids had a blast making snowmen and sledding! Looking forward to my next trip to Paradise Found!

Great house, great location

Beautiful house, great for 2 families of 4. Close enough to South Lake Tahoe for visiting, but far enough to avoid crowds :-)

Wonderful house to stay in as a group or family. Spacious, clean and modern interior. Good amenities and close enough proximity to ski resorts and town.

Great place in Tahoe

My family had a fantastic stay in this house. The house is big, very comfortable and well equipped. Location is very good, just a few minutes from a grocery store and around 15-20mins to the ski resorts.

Great house for groups

My husband and I stayed here with a group of high school athletes. It worked great with the separate bedrooms. The kids loved the hot tub. The neighborhood was centrally located and easy to access from the slopes and from south shore.

Perfect Christmas Vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: House, location, amenities were top notch. Our family of 8 (plus 2 doodles) fit so comfortably! We came to celebrate Christmas and were pleasantly surprised to see it was even decorated for us when we checked in. The hosts were great - checked in multiple times and left us everything we needed. We got to experience a white Christmas with the huge amount of snow fall that took place so to wake up and see the house had all the things you would need for the snow (sleds, shovels, etc.) just made it that much better. Our stay was perfect and we would definitely recommend!

Great Property

Overall good experience. We enjoyed the duel, primary bedrooms and hot tub. Kids also enjoyed the outdoor space to play in the snow. A few minor issues when we first arrived, but the host was quick to communicate.

Relaxing weekend in South Lake Tahoe area.

My husband, daughter and I wanted to get away for a couple of days together and thought the Tahoe area would be a great change of scene. We definitely got the relax at the house. It was beautifully prepared and well-cared for. The setting was quiet and beautiful, but still close to everything we might need. All of our questions were answered quickly and helpfully. We would definitely stay at this location or one run by the same group again.

Wonderful Property for a Small Group!

This is a beautiful and private property, an excellent location, and so well managed. We had everything we needed for a week-long stay. The communication could not have been better. We had such an enjoyable week.

Wonderful home. Well furnished and stocked. Great location. Only challenge was we couldn’t get reception for phone calls to go through. Highly recommend this home!

Everything We Needed

My husband and I shared this beautiful home with our kids in their 20’s. This house is nice and big, plenty of room to spread out and the jacuzzi definitely came in handy after skiing. Would definitely use it again.

Winter Wonderland

Highly recommend staying here. The house was perfect for our family. Plenty of room and stocked well with towels and supplies. We had a huge winter storm so bring chains to get your vehicle up the hill. We got stuck several times with 4 wheel drive but then purchased a good set of chains.

Super Convenient to Access Sierra-at-Tahoe

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a great place. The large yard is great for kids and dogs. The kitchen is well stocked, and the rooms are spacious. The hot tub is quite loud and vibrates much of the house when running.

Overall nice place

The place was nice, clean. The hot tub never got over 99 and the stairs were located a bit away. Bring shoes if it snows. Could not find firewood for wood stove. If it was in the bucket outside it was iced over. You can get some in town. Tahoe was lots of fun!!

Clean and comfortable on a quiet street

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our Fall trip to Tahoe was the second time we've stayed at Paradise Found. We like the quiet neighborhood, easy access to many South Lake Tahoe hiking trails, and the short trip to Hope Valley for fall color. The kitchen is well-stocked, and most of the beds are comfortable. The things we found lacking (an ice dam in the freezer, missing kitchen items, and the furnace needing a filter change) were addressed by property managers. If we were to suggest anything, it would be to install privacy screening on the deck railing nearest the hot tub, which overlooks the street. Otherwise, a lovely place to stay!

Everything you need for a woodsy getaway

The house is in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood, and close to many activities in the South Lake. We did several day trips and enjoyed the natural hikes and lake views. We did a fair amount of cooking, and found that the kitchen had all of the necessary tools and equipment to make large meals. We also enjoyed the hot tub on the balcony, and the seating area on the deck in the evenings. The house was clean and pleasant, and I would definitely recommend it for a large group looking for a lakeside getaway.

The Sitka house in Meyers

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall the stay was enjoyable, however a few minor detail improvements would make it more so. Some of the doors were quite squeaky and could use a spray of WD40, coasters for drinks would have been helpful. There is a nice coffee maker but no filters. Instructions for hot tub heating operation are needed. Some of the rules of the house are a bit excessive.

Quiet getaway

This house was perfect for what we needed. We were travelling with 3 generations of our family, and were looking for a quiet winter getaway. The house is in a quiet, residential area, a little removed from the hustle and bustle of town. Driving distance to the slopes. My only criticism was the heating system. There was one main system for the house, and the downstairs got hot, but some of the rooms did not have adequate flow in the vents (such as downstairs family room, upstairs master). So it was very cold in some parts of the house unless we cranked up the heat really high. Other than that, great experience, beautiful house.

Our field services team will take a look and see if any vents in the home can be better optimized for flow of heat to the rooms you mentioned--sometimes all it takes is pivoting the vent slats! Plus, we do have small space heaters that can be used to fine tune the heat to each guests’ liking. We hope you enjoyed your visit to beautiful South Lake Tahoe.
